If we take the example of Beijing, China, and compare it with Gaza, then Beijing sprawls on more than 16,411 sq km, which makes it 6,336 sq miles, making it 45 times bigger in size than Gaza. Gaza, which has a length of 41 km (25 miles), is of the same length as Taoranting Park to Longtan Lake Park and is 10 km (6 miles) wide, similar to the distance from Daxing to Tiantongyuan, Beijing.
Gaza in Comparison with Berlin - Germany
Another comparison to explain how big Gaza is, an example could be Berlin, Germany. Berlin, which was once divided into two parts, East and West by the Berlin Wall, stretches over an area of 829 sq km, which would be 344 sq miles, and is about twice the size of Gaza.
