Script 6: Ruining moods and dates

Start from the beginning

"What are your plans after practice?" Yujin places a hand on her back, causing her to turn her head. "What?"

"I'm asking if you have any plans after practice." Yujin repeats followed by a chuckle. Yunjin stares at her with confusion, "Home? I'd be too tired to go anywhere else."

"We leave early today, you didn't know?" Minji comes out of nowhere and Yunjin now turns her head to the other side, cocking an eyebrow at the younger girl.

"No? Where did you two get that information?"

"Email. Coach sent us one yesterday, didn't you check?" Yujin waved her phone in front of Yunjin and Minji laughed, "Seems like she didn't."

"Sorry, I was busy at the coffee shop. I got called in to fill in for an employee, said there was an emergency." The redhead said in an apologetic tone before walking over towards her bag to get the water bottle she so haphazardly threw earlier.

Both Yujin and Minji followed her and sat next to her as she crouched down in front of her bag. "Why are we being dismissed early again?" Yunjin uncaps the bottle before drinking everything in one go.

"Something about a meeting for the teachers," Yujin said with a shrug and Yunjin finally sat down in between the two girls.

She answers with a hum of acknowledgment before looking forward to the other side of the court where the men's basketball team are at. It seems as if their two coaches are having a very fun time with mixing the two teams together that they've been sharing the same court for a few days now, going on weeks.

None of them question nor complain, they don't even care about each other, anyways.

"Think I have stuff to do." Yunjin mumbles as the three of them don't even look at each other while talking, only looking forward, watching the men's basketball team play goofily.

Both teams were given a short water break and Minjeong had accidentally made their ball fly towards the other side.

One of the boys caught it and asked the girls to play for fun. Ryujin was more than willing to play with them, acting very tough and ready to beat them all while Minjeong looked like she could care less about them.

Kazuha was acting as if she didn't hear them at all but ended up playing with them anyway.

Yunjin met eyes with Yeonjun and he gestured for her to play with them but the girl shook her head and stayed on her spot.

Ryujin, being the rowdy teammate she is, had slammed the ball on Jongseong's head a bit too hard from trying to dunk on the ring that she knew she wouldn't be able to reach, causing the boy to fall to the floor, holding his head tightly.

Both Yunjin and Minji winced at the sight but everyone laughed it off, even the other boys and Kazuha looked to be the only one concerned about him but she didn't do anything to show it.

"Hey, Yun. Not in the mood to play with us?" Yeonjun spoke as he approached Yunjin. He seems to be always approaching Yunjin when she doesn't scream her lungs out in the gymnasium.

"She's not in the mood to talk either." Yujin speaks up, jokingly and gently pushing Yeonjun away to get him to leave.

The redhead shrugs at Yeonjun, "I'm just tired."

"Aww, that sucks. Have you heard that one of us got a date tomorrow afternoon?" He said it with a wide grin as if trying to tease Yunjin but the girl doesn't know why he would be mentioning it.

Minji turns towards him this time, "Wow, finally getting women. Good for you." She claps slowly which makes Yujin snicker.

Yeonjun playfully glares at the younger girl before chuckling, "Thanks but it's not me. Try again with Jongseong and Heeseung." He says before pointing towards the two boys on the other side of the court.
