★Chapter Two★

I wake up and stretch my legs out just to hear scratching at the door, I open my door to see my kitten, Jax, at my door. She meows when I open the door and sits on my foot. I chuckle and pick her up placing a kiss on the top of her head

Jax:

I sit her on my bed and give her some type of toy while getting ready. I get to my bathroom and take off my clothes before sighing, "Damn, I'm really starting my senior year." I say to myself before starting the water.

I stop the water and brush my teeth before fixing my hair and picking out an outfit.

I pick Jax up and walk downstairs to see my three sisters and my mom. I sit down at the table where there are waffles, eggs, and bacon. I say a quick prayer before eating, "Good mornin." I say to them as they all reply with good morning.

I continue to eat and then I see a car pulling into the driveway, and of course, it's Kemari. I sit up straightening my pants before looking at my mom and sisters, "Ma, Mari is outside I'll see you later." I say before walking out the house

I get into Kemari's car and dap him up, "Bruh I'm tired as shit." Kemari side eyes me, "Good morning to you too, wigga." I roll my eyes, "Yo stop calling me that." He just laughs and drives off. I look at him before muttering," How's Ashanti?"

He looks at me, "Who?" I sigh, "Ashanti, how is she." He looks at me and laughs, "You got a crush on my sister?" I roll my eyes, "I don't have crushes, I have hoes.

He takes a couple of seconds before responding, "And my sister won't be one of your 'hoes." I glance at him," Dude, just tell me how she's doing." He rolls his eyes, "She's good, very sassy though." I slightly smile.

I stop when I feel a smack in the back of my head, "You better not be smiling while thinking of my sister, nigga."

I was about to respond but he cuts me off, "We here, now get yo white ass out of my car."
