"I couldn't sleep either, tossing and turning, wondering what was up. After trying to doze off, I gave up and sat up in bed. It was past 3am, and I was like, 'What the heck is going on?!' I needed some shut-eye. So I got up, turned on the light, and headed to my mini kitchen. Thirsty and restless, I gulped down a whole cup of water. But then, a chill ran down my spine. Super weird, right? The night was warm, almost morning. As I headed back to my bedroom, I glanced out the window. And that's when I saw him. A dude in a black hoodie, chilling on a car across from my place, puffing on a cigarette. He was staring right at my window. Even though his face was covered, I could feel his eyes on me. Panic set in. Like, 'Oh no, what do I do?' was I being stalked?. Those stares felt colder, more intense than before. Not like the ones from the club or the car. It was creepy."I could feel a shiver run down my spine again when I sensed those eyes on me. It was like those stares were even colder, more intense than before. They didn't feel the same as the ones I experienced at the club or from the car. I was frozen in place, unable to move. Panic set in, and I knew I needed to call the police, but I felt paralyzed.

Then, he threw his cigarette to the ground, crushed it with his foot, and locked eyes with me as he started moving towards my house. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. "Wait, what?!" I thought in disbelief. Fear took over as I finally found the strength to dash towards my door, desperately checking if I had locked it the night before. To my horror, it was unlocked. "Oh God! Oh God!" I muttered to myself in a panic.

I could hear his footsteps getting closer as I hurriedly bolted every lock on my door. I couldn't help but wonder if my restlessness earlier was a sign of something to come. But in that moment, it didn't matter. All that mattered was keeping him out.

I stood frozen, repeating to myself, "He can't get in. He can't get in." I saw the doorknob turn, but then it stopped. I could still sense him on the other side, waiting. The only sounds were the pounding of my heart and my own heavy breathing. "Why am I still standing here?" I questioned myself, my body trembling. My palms were sweaty with fear, yet I remained rooted to the spot.

After what felt like an eternity, I heard footsteps fading away. Was he leaving? I wondered. The presence on the other side of the door seemed to dissipate. I cautiously moved closer, pressing my ear against the door, listening for any sound. Silence. I reached out and placed my hand on the doorknob to peek into the hallway and make sure the stranger had left. But then I stopped myself and thought, "Wait, what if he's still lurking out there?" It seemed like a bad idea to take that risk. So instead, I quickly ran to the window and guess what? I saw him standing right in the middle of the street! He was looking at my window again, and I could tell he knew I was staring back at him. I was shaking with fear. He kept staring, or more like glaring, at me for a while longer, and then he turned and walked into the night, blending with the darkness.

Once I was sure he was gone, I slumped to the ground and wrapped my arms around my leg, trying to comfort myself and stop the shaking. So many thoughts were racing through my mind, like who was that guy, what did he want, why was he here, and had he been coming every night? I couldn't help but wonder if I unintentionally upset someone. I kept thinking, "What should I do?" One thing was for sure, though—I knew I wouldn't be getting any more sleep. I looked at the time again, and it was 3:57 am. Morning still felt so far away.

I was standing outside her house, just watching her window. She was fast asleep. I even considered picking her lock and letting myself in. As I thought about it, her light suddenly came on. "Oh, she's awake," I thought to myself. I stood there, smoking my cigarette, just watching her window light up. Eventually, the rest of the lights in her house came on too. "She's in the kitchen," I observed. After a while, she came to her window, and even from a distance, I could feel her freeze in her spot. "She sees me," I smiled. We both stood there, staring at each other. Shortly after, I extinguished my cigarette and felt an inexplicable urge to head towards her apartment. Why? I couldn't say for sure. It was as if my feet had a mind of their own. I ascended the stairs to her apartment, taking slow, deliberate steps.

As I approached her door, I could hear the sound of locks clicking into place. I reached out and turned the doorknob, only to find it locked. She had just locked it, I thought. In that moment, the idea of breaking down the door and having her crossed my mind, but I resisted it. Instead, I remained on the other side of the door, waiting.

After a while, I made the decision to leave. I thought to myself, "Maybe I can wait a little longer." Yes, I could. I exited the building and stood in the middle of the dark street, turning to gaze at her window.
"She is his weakness" .
"I could own her".
A smirk crept across my face as I stared at her once again.

"I will surely wait," I whispered to myself, then turned towards the road and disappeared into the darkness, whistling "Mary had a little lamb"...

The events of last night lingered in my mind as I abruptly woke up to the sound of my alarm. I sprang out of my awkward position and went to turn it off, realizing I must have dozed off. Checking the time, it was already 7 am. The memories of last night sent a shiver down my spine.

I walked into the bathroom, staring at my tired and haggard reflection in the mirror. My eyes were swollen from lack of sleep, and I muttered to myself, "I can't go to school looking like this." But staying at home wasn't an option either. I quickly freshened up, got dressed, and hurried out the door. Tension filled my shoulders as I stepped outside. I kept scanning my surroundings, being cautious because I thought he might be keeping an eye on me. As I walked down the street.

The car, parked on the side, suddenly pulled out onto the road, but he was still watching her.

I stood there, watching her, while I reached into my pocket and grabbed my lighter. With a swift motion, I flicked it open, and the flame danced to life. I placed the cigarette between my teeth, looked at her, and smiled....
