Hit it till it breaks!

Part 1. (Pov~Candy)

"Knock knock knock" the door rattled the abrupt sound jolted me awake,
"Candy? Are you up? It's 7am you should get ready for school sweetheart." My mother sweetly but still loudly called from behind the door.

Tired I rubbed my eyes uncontrollably I yawned
"Yup, I'm up!" I yelled back, I shoved the blanket off of me and jumped out of bed.

"Ok, just checking! Come downstairs when your ready for breakfast." She quickly responded and without a miss of a beat I heard her foot steps as she walked off, her words made my nose curl even so it's a new morning and I will hop on the right foot.

With a lift of the curtains the morning sun flushed into my room, I pulled my clothes on the shirt over my head the shorts on my hips the socks to my knees and a bow tie with a bell in the middle around my neck. I took a minute in front of my mirror to braid the one long lock of hair that I have from the rest that is a pixie cut. The braid laid singled out in an creative way 'I love my hair' the hair was a beautiful pink but I liked it more when my hair was long...

I quickly put on the head band with a big bow in the middle, I sprung around grabbing my back pack I ran to the door with a smile and a (jingle) I shot the door open like a spring as if the door was to another world.

In my hast I came to an immediate holt, something dawned on me something that I had forgot! 'I can't believe I forgot Kasey!!!!' My eyes widened my breath hitched, I turned around so fast I almost fell I bolted to Kasey, I dropped to my knees beside my bed and pulled Kasey from the blanket. I hugged Kasey tightly "I'm so SO very sorry, I almost forgot you!" I whimpered, in honesty it was hard to hug Kasey since Kasey was a small pink stuffy ball with big eyes,
"you mean the world to me Kasey! I would be so lost without you, I.. I...." Shaking I couldn't stop stuttering.

Under my arms Kasey grew warm I felt their heartbeat and body move as Kasey started to draw breath under my embrace,
"I will always be with you, You will never be.
WITHOUT ME."
The words where like as if they weren't real at all, however at the end the words where full.

My cheeks heated and my lips pulled back into a big smile,
"your right! I have nothing the worry about, (gasp!) except I'm going to be late for school!!!!!" I ran out the room with Kasey still in my arms. Without bothering to shut the door down the stairs I went, at the front door I slipped my shoes on and started tying them, my mother came into the room from around the corner,
"What are you doing sweetie? Come you should eat something before you go." She gently spoke, my face scrunched up giving her a weird face.
"I'm going to be late there is no time, and I'm not even hungry," I told her with fake reassurance she posed in thought,
"Ok, we'll have fun at school." She gently smiled with a look in her eyes.

With a big toothy smile I ran out the door, when I hit the sidewalk I turned around waving goodbye at her, "I will! I love you," I called from the street. I walked down the grey cement with a spark in my step, "did you see that Kasey I got out of breakfast!" I giggled as I held them tight in my hands. Kasey started shaking and changing form, from their pink color to white to a ball to a lean ferret with red eyes.
"Ya you did great!  And your walking to school but you would burn more calories if you ran to school." A different voice spoke to me I was no longer talking to Kasey this was Ana, she squeezed out of my arms and laid rapped around the back of my neck. I reached up and petted her soft fur,
"Your right, and I would maybe get to see my friends before class," I comment.

Off I went long leaps and burning lungs panting and sweating, wind in my hair and strained limbs. 5 minutes and I was at the tall brick school, through the gates and to the big metal doors I grabbed the handle and pulled, but then I heard a voice behind me I turned around in a second.

"Candy! Wait up let's go in together!" It was Vicki she was running to me, quickly she caught up standing beside me.
"Your so silly come on we are going to be late," I laughed at her. We went into the school together we walked down the hall,
"So have you seen Jake? She wasn't here yesterday I haven't heard from her so I was wondering if you have," she asked. I rolled my eyes,
"Is that why you wanted to walk with me? Just because you wanted to know if I knew anything," I shot back at her.
The class room was only a few steps away, so I picked up the pace I didn't want to talk anymore, Vicki only cares about Jack. She grabbed my shoulder and pushed me against the wall beside the class room door,
"NO your wrong!" She shouted.

"Oh no oh on oh on oh on oh onOHNO! She doesn't care about you! She doesn't even see you as a friend, she's so fake fake FAKE FAKER !! No no wrong she HATES YOU your annoying  disgusting NOOooo she see right through you! She hates you she hates you she wants to KILL YOU!!!!!"

Ava trembled and muttered filled with anxiety,
"SHUT UP!" I lashed out. She froze for a second the, Stared crying my sleeve slowly soaked in tear.
"I'm... I'm so sorry, but you can't misunderstand you are my friend as well as everyone in our group, I'm sorry you felt that I was talking to you just because I was worried about Jack," she explained with a face filled with sadness.

(Ring Ring Ring)

The school bell went off, kids ran past us into the classroom. With my head down I took a deep breath I wiped my head up and gave Vicki a big smile,
"Don't worry about it, i completely understand but ummm I really need to go to the bathroom, but I'll see you in class," I sweetly spoke to her. Her face grow into relief,
"Totally, don't take to long you don't want to get into trouble," she giggled as she slipped into the class room.

Down the hall into the bathroom, slamming the stall door and locking it quickly.
"Ava are you ok?" I asked as I held her small hamster body in my hands, she looked up at me with a sniffle,
"She doesn't hate us?" She hesitantly asked. I softly smiled, "no, and she is not trying to hurt us either, everything is ok,"  i explained.
"Ok" she agreed, her body relaxed and her grey fur ruffled and turned pink and formed into a ball into Kasey.
"Oh Kasey why are they so hard to deal with? I wish it could just be you.." I sighed.
"Their just looking out for you," Kasey said.
"I know," I shot Kasey a sad smile.
