When Planet gets revived, they come down like a meteor. Like just completely crash into the earth from the sky. The strength of the impact and the damage it causes usually depends on how he died.
(So when Mapicc killed them in the finale, it caused the largest explosion. While the revival in the beginning of s4 was pretty minor since he just died to mobs)
Planet usually fixes the crater themselves, with occasional help from their teammates :3
