I'm waiting on ky'mir to let me know when he's outside, we been talking for a couple weeks now and he wanted to take me the movies. I told him what I been going through with my mom and he said he wanna take my mind off things.

"Alright ima be outside in 5 i needa get my stuff together" I said while grabbing my purse and filing it up with my wallet and other essentials before grabbing my jacket

I grabbed my house keys before making my way downstairs "and where is you going?" My mom said stopping me from even making my way out the house " I'm going to the movies, is that a problem?"
I said after rolling my eyes "lose the attitude, make sure your back before 10"
She said before sitting back down on the couch

" wait hol up I'm grown, I don't need a curfew" i raises my voice a little but not too much " but your living under my roof, just listen to what I'm saying before your not able to go anywhere reneé" she said standing up again "oh my fucking gosh, your annoying asf just leave already"

I said before walking out so she couldn't say anything back, I guess Ky'mir noticed my attitude because once I got in the car he asked me what's wrong, " that lady always starting with me for no reason, she gon try to give me a mfn curfew like ima kid or sum" I said while turning and facing him, he's still facing the road but he's listening to everything I got to say

"well maybe she just care for your safety, she's still your mom at the end of the day just give her a chance" he said while stopping at a red light and looking at me
" she had 8 years to care about my safety, she started leaving me alone for months since I was 15 how the hell can a 15 year old girl fend for herself" I said getting more upset the more I speak on the topic

the whole car ride I was talking about my problems with my mom and Ky'mir listened, I eventually fell asleep in the car with him driving.

I pulled into the target parking lot before looking over to check on Z " yo pretty face wake up" I said as I shook on her legs that was all bunched up in the seat "mhmm" was all that came out of her mouth " wake up we at target" I shook her legs more aggressively this time she woke up " damn nigga whatchu want" she said still half asleep " calm allat down, we at target is you coming inside or what?" I said while scanning her sleepy face

Even on her worse days she still look good, " uh yeah what are we getting?"
She said before grabbing her purse and putting it on her shoulder " we getting some matching pajamas n let's watch a movie at my place instead, the movies is about to close in half an hour since it's Sunday " I said

"Alright then" ahzani said while yawning
I got out the car before making my way to the passenger side and letting her out I grabbed her hand and locked it in mines before walking into target

"omggg these pjs are so cute" she said before letting go of my hand and running over to the pajamas like a lil kid. "is those the ones you want?, there's more on that side" I said pointing to the other side "uhm Yeahh I want these I like the little pumpkins on them" she said while tracing her hand on the design

The pjs is orange with black bats and ghost all over them it make sens because Halloween is next week " okay grab a medium in men's for me and whatever size you wear" she nodded her head and grabbed the pajamas before putting them in the cart " are we getting anything else?"

Z sais while looking at me " yeah we needa get some things to make a pizza and them s'mores cookies you wanted to try" she been sending me TikToks of these viral s'mores cookies that she been wanting to make so why not now.

"yessss, alright let's go to the freezer section" she said before running through the aisles "wait hol up ma" i said trying to catch up while pushing the cart this lil girl got me running after her n shit.

Me and Ky'mir just made it back to his house it's better than what I expected tbh
"Can we make the pizza firstttt?" i said "yeah grab all the things we need" he said while washing his hands I nodded my head while grabbing the bag all the groceries was in

I pulled out the heart shaped pizza dough Ky'mir picked out, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and pineapples ofcccc I snuck that ingredient in " okay it says we have to pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees" I said reading off my phone

ky'mir went over to the stove and set it to 450 before turning it on "what's next ma"
he said while looking me up and down.
Stay coo Z "uhhh now we gotta get the dough and put it in the over for 7 minutes" I said while avoiding eye contact that man is literally dangerous

He grabbed the pizza dough and opened it from the package before placing onto a baking sheet into the oven "how long do we leave it in there fo?" He said "it says 10 minutes" I read from my phone

While waiting I started cutting up the pepperoni slices into heart shapes well at lease I tried to they look kinda funny "yeooo Z wdf is this" Ky'mir said while laughing so hard he almost fell down " it's not even that funny Ky'mir I'm trying to make hearts" I said while pouting he should be helping not laughing " i don't kno what that is but that shit ain no hearts ma" he said still laughing " Igh my fault pretty, lemme help you out"

I was gonna write more but I had a long day and I wanna gtssss, the next chapter will be out tmr ofcccc. How did y'all like this one? I don't really know how to write romantic shit😂 but anyways please voteeee
