(Yuzuhara's POV)

Going with Lars to the Demon Realm was utterly boring for me and Zoey.
All we did was walk around the terrain with Lars for miles and wasted who knows how much time just trailing behind him,
Zoey and I ended up discussing our hobbies.
She loves guns,
and I love my Odachi sword.
She has expensive tastes,
and I have simple tastes,
not saying I can't be expensive,
that's just people in general.
We ended up showing each other pictures of guns and swords and indulging in each other.

After all,
we both share the same man,
so we're both building the same bridge to make the three-way relationship last. When we made it to the Capital of the Realm,
Lars entered the castle while we roamed the first city before reaching the capital. The whole city looked Greek or Roman. It definitely looked like it from the old human textbooks I read in countless libraries I've been to.
Most of the buildings were destroyed.

They looked like that long before Chase, Sora, Terra,
and I arrived a few days ago back when we killed Demon King Metatron. We saw lots of Demon Realm children, and they were adorable,
completely unaware of the situation. The parents,
on the other hand,
gave us dirty looks or avoided Zoey and me,
which is a smart call on their half,
even though Zoey and I are bad individuals,
at our core,
we are nice people who just want to help.

However,
you attack us,
and there goes any chance of us sparing your life.
We walked around,
explored some of the mines,
and farmed some ore for Zoey's projects that I agreed to help with.
They were gem like,
possibly crystal?
I don't know,
but it's radiating energy,
so I pocket it.
After filling our pouches full for the both of us,
one for Zoey's projects,
the other for a new hobby of rock collecting,
we booked it to some other cities,
where we explored,
ate Demon Realm food that wasn't human insides surprisingly.

The more we toured,
the more I noticed the different cultures in the cities.
You have a bit of everything, from Japanese styled architecture to even African culture.
You think it,
I see it.
Now that we've seen every single culture in one town,
we decide to head back to the Human Realm and not even bother to tell Lars, we're fully grown woman for fuck's sakes!

Five fifty PM,
we arrive back after three hours of flying,
if not less than three hours.
The portal back to the Human Realm spits us out in the Cathedral where the cieling is the floor and the floor is the cieling.
The Demon Realm don't play by human physics.
"Yuzuhara."
Zoey says to get my attention.
"Hmm?"
I respond as I turn to face her.

"This gem looking thing is the Philosopher's Stone. It serves as a battery to keep the portal to the Demon Realm open, and this is the official means to get in. Since we used up the last of liquid Philosopher's Egg, the back street means is no longer optional."

I take a good hard look at the Philosopher's Stone.
It was a red rock/crystal with a large triangle engraved into it,
a square engraved into the triangle, and a circle engraved into the square. "What's to stop the Demon Realm Demons from entering through the portal and invading us?"
I ask as our ruby red eyes make contact.

"Fear. Due to the death of Demon King Metatron, the citizens, and by lesser extension, the Lords of each individual territory have no ruler of the Realm, so they're in a state of emergency whether they showed it or not, and that's unfortunately why we tagged along with Lars, to establish law and order, or so he says. He may be the legitimate heir to the throne by birthright, but we all know he couldn't lead a kingdom, so when he goes to announce himself as Demon King, I'm going to announce him as the figure head and that all ideas and complaints are to be filed towards me." Zoey goes on for a bit more about the political stuff that she's going to be doing,
and quite frankly,
I only listened to the good parts.
We finally crash in the living room,
and we sat there in boring silence for a minute or so until Zoey spoke.
