she lets go,
with a heavy heart
and a teary-eyed,
she bravely let it go.
without any words,
she surrendered.
only the four walls
of her room,
and her journal–
knows how
she did her best
to survive.
after all,
she remains tough.
despite everything
she has been through
yet she filled her heart
with a hope
as if it has never been
shattered.
the amount of the tears
she cried every night
remains no clue
but only the moments
she fought
will be remembered.
