Appearing from the other side to meet the Captain was a clapping Sous-lieutenant Vogel who still had his signature maniacal smile plastered to his lips. "Looks like you caught a big fish, Captain~" He cracked his head, noticing an unconscious Javelin lying on the ground and a cowering Commander in the corner. Sighing he gestured for the three Spetsnaz operators to grab the fucker. "You good JTAC?"
"Just peachy sir." She replied as Harris applied a bandage to her shoulder.
"Who... Who are these guys Commander?" Asked a sleep deprived Laffey how was currently balancing herself against Lt. Reed.
"Looks like some ones going to be a dad." Joked Sergeant Young upon seeing the destroyer holding the Lieutenant's hand.
"That's classified Laffey." The Legionnaire told her as he bent down to her level and gave her a head rub. "You ok?"
"I'm fine Commander... Javelin hurt." She answered as Dubois picked up the injured destroyer. From the look in his eyes the Chasseur could see the worry in the Legionnaires eyes. As for how she addressed him, he would have to let that pass for now.
"She's, fine Sous-lieutenant... just unconscious."
"Ser, eto komandir Azur Leyn (Sir, this one is a Azur Lane Commander)." Sergeant Ivanov informed the Sous-lieutenant while throwing the poor man to the ground, forcing him onto his knees.
Smiling, the Legionnaire crouched down to the man's height. "Bonjour (Hello) Alex~ What am I going to do with you? On one hand I'm not supposed to leave any of you cockroaches alive but on the other hand you're a high ranking Azur Lane Commander. Tell you what, let's flip a coin. Heads or tales?"
"Wait what... Tales.... No heads!" Alex shouted frantically as the 1 Euro landed on the side of France.
"Looks like you bought yourself time."
"Wait wh-" Before he could finish his sentence the buttstock of an AK-104 collided against his skull, knocking him out cold.
"I trust that the prisoner is safe in your hands White?" Inquired the Sous-lieutenant, even though it was a question it sounded more like a comment. As if he knew she was capable of it.
" Harris, Hill escort, our friend here back to the fleet. The rest of you secure this place top to bottom, leaving nothing behind." Captain White instructed her subordinates with a grin. Was Alex going to make it back in one piece? Who knows.
"So..." He sighed deeply, exhaustion clearly present in his voice. "Your two didn't see anything?"
"Pillow and fix Laffey's hair." Laffey bluntly answered and he knew what this meant. She in simple terms wanted to spend time with her former Commander and the floating white stuff in the water and ground was her hair which Ayanami had chopped off with her sword.
As for Ayanami, she was just confused about the whole situation. "You look like you could use some advice kid."
The Sakura destroyer turned to focus her attention on Sous-lieutenant Vogel. "It's... it's all just confusing."
"Look... kid. This is war and unfortunately there are more than one side fighting for control and sometimes things just don't go the way you expect it to go. As for you two, well your just kids caught up in an adult game. I can't make you kill each other and no one is forcing you to kill or pick sides. That decision is on you. But I'm here for Ayanami, call me and I'll come running." He bluntly answered in his usual emotionless cold voice ripping a page from a notepad, writing down his number and the defection hotline. "1st SFS, we're Oscar Mike." As he left, the Legionnaire made a call me sign.
