The sun is setting, the moon is full.
A dragon perched so beautiful.
Its massive body lay on cold stone as it sits all alone.
It lets out an echoing song that seems to last forever long.
Its mourning cry split's the sky,
Sorrow thick in its voice, it really has no other choice.
The loss of one so close, so dear, it causes its heart to fill with fear.
As the sky splits in pain, it lets the clouds release the rain.
Soaked the dragon gives its dues, and finally it moves.
As it lay cold and alone, the sun soon shone.
The gold sun ray sending all its fears away.
The storm is gone, but not its song.
