Eliza stared at his diamond eyes mesmerized. They were so gorgeous. His whole face was actually. From his white colored hair with faded sides to his sharp nose and chiseled jaw. All she wanted to do was grab and devour him.

She mentally slapped herself out of her daze and took her eyes off and looked back down at her hand. Oranges and after-rain filling her senses with Francen going into a frenzy about finding their mate.

"Ey, yo Beast! Tell J to stop being a dick!" Gerardo yelled out, blocking Jeremiah's hits but failed as Jeremiah landed a punch to his jaw. She closed her hand, dropping it to her side and avoided any body contact with the man again. Eliza walked over to her brothers and took Jeremiah by the shoulders and literally threw him off. Gerardo rolled to his side and rubbed his left jaw, slowly getting up to his feet. Eliza gently grabbed his head and inspected it in a loving motherly way. His jaw was turning purple now.

"Babe! You're seriously going to choose my older brother?!" Jeremiah yelled out, acting as if he was hurt. Jeremiah stormed over and swung his arm around her shoulders and brought her flush against him, earning a growl from her mate. "What about me?" Jeremiah whined as he showed her his bruised up cheek. Eliza rolled her eyes and pushed him away, only for him to swing his arm back around her shoulders childishly.

Gerardo gave Jeremiah a glare and a shove. He grabbed Eliza's arm and pulled her behind him. Annoyed, he looks away from Jeremiah and then looked to the two wolves. "Which one of you is the Alpha?" Eliza prayed that it was not her mate but by the way he stood she knew damn well it was him. Him and his perfectly carved six packs, bulking biceps, broad shoulders and sharp collar bone. Although Gerardo was all bulk, her mate was the perfect bulk. Then adding all his injuries he just received from the recent fight, made him look even more mouthwatering. It made him look like badass.

And on cue, her mate took a step forward, never taking his eyes off of her. "I'm Alpha Shamus Solomon of Willows Steep Pack and behind me is my Beta, Devon Rivers." He looked to Gerardo.

Gerardo nodded and extended his hand. "Gerardo Romanov." Shamus, without hesitation, shook his hand then took his own back. "Those two over there are my family. My dipshit brother Jeremiah and Beast."

Shamus's Beta, Devon, raised his brows. "Beast?" he repeated in disbelief.

They both took Eliza's whole image in. She wasn't too short for an average looking girl. She wore all black from head to toe: A hoodie with the hood up over her head, blocking the sun from showing through to reveal her face. Even if the sun did show, her bandana blocked half of her face only revealing her caramel brown eyes. Her thick lashes hoovered nicely over her eyes and made the look in her eyes dark and mysterious.

As they continued raking her over, Eliza's eye twitched. They were sizing her up, and she despised it. She crossed her arms and straightened her back. Jeremiah let out a growl of warning towards them. Shamus just glared at Jeremiah as he did the same back. Gerardo intervened, "To answer your question, we named her that way because she can take care of herself."

Shamus looked at Gerardo amused. Beta Devon scoffed and crossed his arms, "She's but a mere girl."

A snap could have been heard in her conscience. Her blood boiled and within seconds, darted to him and sent him a cracking punch to the jaw. Devon's head snapped to the right and before he can regain his balance, she grabbed ahold of his neck and slammed her knee straight to his chest. Eliza took a small jump back and released a back roundhouse kick to his face, knocking him into a daze on the ground. As she did so, her hood came off revealing her long garnet purple hair. She stood tall in front of him as he spat out blood.

Eliza growled and sent another kick towards Devon's stomach which got him flying up and making contact with the tree trunk. She turned to glare at Shamus now. Shamus all but stared at her with a blank expression though he had to at least admit to himself, she looked even more stunning with the visible scar that ran down across her thin left brow. She brought her arm out for Toby, her eagle, to land and walked towards Jeremiah.
