🎀 Fluff | Testbulb

She sat at her desk, pen in hand. The notebook would be full of notes and unnecessary doodles - which was driving her away from her main focus on hand. But she just couldn't focus.

Lightbulb. I wonder what she's up to. Her smile is really pretty - it's like the highlight of my day. She's always looking on the bright side, and I admire that.

"Focus, Test-tube." She snapped out of her little daze, muttering to herself quietly. These thoughts had been coming and going recently - but why?

The door would be burst open with a loud bang, almost knocked off its hinges. There stood the blonde, panting for air.

"Testy! I need.. a plaster!" She'd exclaim, like it was the end of the world. What could she possibly need a plaster for?

Test-tube would turn around after getting the fright of her life - was it really necessary to swing the door open?

"What do you need a plaster for, Lightbulb?" The green-haired girl asked politely as the sun from her curtains hit her skin.

"I have a scratch on my knee! This is URGENT!" She'd raise her hands in panic - what a drama queen..

Test-tube pushed her glasses up, her face having a look of 'really?' plastered on her face, brows furrowed. She would proceed to close her notebook, opening the top drawer and searching for a bandaid.

"I'm sure your knee will be fine," She said calmly, taking out a plaster and handing it to the other girl.

Lightbulb took the plaster, opening the covering and setting it on her knee, over the small wound. Nothing too major.

"You are a lifesaver." She smiled widely. The same smile that Test-tube loved.

"Aha.. you know, just a simple gesture," The shorter girl would blush slightly as Lightbulb leaned in for a quick hug, accepting it.

The pair hugged, the warmth of each others arms being comforting. It's like a cold winter night being warmed up because of a roaring fire.

"Don't get hurt anymore, okay?" Test-tube stated softly, with a stern undertone to it as they unlatched from each other.

"You got it!" Lightbulb would smile once again, dashing off into the orange hallways of Hotel OJ.

.. She's so wreckless sometimes, but that's what makes Lightbulb a good friend.

One day, it'll be more than just friends.
