I can see it as a sex addict and a girl that doesn't want to have sex, but Wendy is with Stan and I don't think Kenny would actually go for Wendy, knowing that Stan and Wendy would probably get together again the next week.
Don't see it very much. It could've worked out if they had more interactions, and Stan and Wendy weren't in a relationship, but otherwise, no.
If Kenny did go for Wendy, it would also be like a troublemaker and a golden student, I've also seen so really cute fanart of these two so.
