A small red haired little girl runs to and enters her bed. A creaking door opens and a heavy stone scraps the concrete floor. The little girl hides half her face with her cover and cries. Her wooden door slowly opens, but stops halfway.
“Taby, come here to Grandma.” a woman gently speaks out. “I need you to help me with the baby duck.”
Tabitha pushes the cover and carefully gets out of bed with tears on her eyes as she runs to the door.
“No, you have school tomorrow and I want you to be ready.” States a voice that belongs to a young man.
Tabitha hits the door with both of her hands as she sobs loudly.
“Hahahaha, can you say Grama or Sissy?” Asked a distorted voice as the bed sheet forms into a tall woman in a green dress.
Tabitha turns around before hitting the door as hard as she can. Her hands shine with a red aura, breaking the door.
The woman steps off the bed and walks to the little human child. “Who was it that wanted you to be ready for school?” I thought Phantom Kin couldn't enroll in any academies?” Questioned the shrouded lady as he eyes light up green.
“Shut up, that's none of your business, monster!” A young woman with matching eyes turns to her captor and blasts her with red light, engulfing the room.
