Lisa had promised Jungkook that she would take him to send his grandmother off.

The young man was still in his red pajamas. Lisa just noticed that Jungkook had come downstairs in his bare feet.

Apparently, he was anxious.

"Go change and put your shoes on." Lisa walked upstairs holding Jungkook's hand.

Jungkook followed behind Lisa docilely. He looked up at her, looking only at her.

The young man was like a newly born baby beast and learning about the world bit by bit from Lisa.

Red color clothing would not be appropriate to see his grandmother off.

Nevertheless, the only cloth that Jungkook had that were not read was his school uniform. Lisa had no choice but had Jungkook changed into his blue and white uniform.

"Lower your head," said Lisa as she stood in front of Jungkook.

Compared to the previous time that she had seen him, the young man who had graduated high school had grown even more and she now needed to lift her head to look at him.

His innocent brows furrowed with sadness and displeasure. He looked at her blankly and quietly with his pair of pretty eyes.

Lisa curved her lips and she reached out to smooth out the young man's fringes that was sticking up. "Don't worry. I'm here with you."

She was the one who had taken Jungkook out of his enclosed little shell so she would be the one guarding him.

The butler was about to head to the funeral. He needed to help with the coordination over there. He was just about to get into the car and saw Jungkook walking over this way.

"Second Young Master." He wondered why Jungkook came out.

Jungkook did not respond to him. He walked over to the car, opened up the car door and was about to get inside.

"Where are you heading, Second Young Master?" The butler wanted to stop him.

Jungkook kept his head lowered.

"Tell the butler that you wanted to go see grandmother." Standing next to him, Lisa guided him.

The butler looked at the time and said, "Young Master, I have some urgent things to tend to. Let me have someone take you back inside the house?"

Jungkook kept his head lowered. He didn't move. He started saying slowly, "Grandmother go see."

The butler was a little surprised. "Young Master, you wish to go send Old Madam on her way?"

Lisa whispered into his ear, "Tell him that you want to go."

Jungkook repeated stubbornly. "Grandmother go see, go see."

The butler looked at Jungkook with a complicated look. He knew that Madam and Master had just left the house and they had no intention of bringing Young Master Jungkook with them.

Partly because there would be a lot of guests at the funeral and, with the Young Master's special situation, it would not be a good idea for him to be there. Secondly, Young Master Jungkook was there when the Old Madam passed away. As such, it was difficult for the relatives of the Old Madam to accept that and even the Madam needed time to process that.

"Young Master, do you really......" The butler hesitated. The Old Madam doated on the Young Master when she was around. Young Master didn't get emotions, or that he was slow to his feelings, but it wasn't like he was devoid of them.

Young Master Jungkook wanted to send the Old Madam off.

The butler pondered over it some before he said, "Young Master, go ahead and get inside the car." If the Master and Madam were upset, he would take the blame.

Jungkook got inside the car with his lips pinched shut.

Lisa sat down next to him and said, "We will be able to see Grandma off shortly."

Jungkook was still running a fever and his pale cheeks had a bit of pink to them. Even his thin lips were red from his fever. His pitch-black eyes looked at Lisa quietly. He needed her there with him.
