"I was too late."

•Issa's POV•
I was somewhere, but, I had no idea where.

I couldn't see anything, but I could hear pretty much everything.

I was lying down on a soft surface, and heard beeping machines around me.

Am I dead?

No way Issa, you can still hear stuff.

Wait a minute...

I was supposed to go on a date with Ally. Speaking of people, I heard several people walk into the room.

"Hey Issa, it's your mother and father here. You probably can't hear anything, but, if you can, please come back to us. We miss you dearly and we need you back. Your friend Ally seems to need you back, too. Please honey. We love you." My moms soft voice spoke.

Wait a second, mom?

And I heard some stuff from dad, too.

Why do they miss me, I'm still alive?

Right?

I then heard someone else enter the room, and I think it was a nurse.

"I'm sorry but we're going to have to unplug him." Someone said. I then heard a girl who sounded like Ally screaming things like "no" and "please no!" I honestly don't know why everyone is so bummed out, I'm still alive I'm just in a burrito.

I guess the nurse freaking unplugged me from some life support machine because Ally was crying badly.

I tried to sit up, but, I couldn't. I also couldn't speak or open my eyes even if I tried.

Please, my family, Turbo, and Ally need me.

Please bring me back.

•Ally's POV•
I can't believe it.

He was actually gone.

"Please come back to me Issa, you have to!" I screamed and pleaded and shook him hoping a miracle would somehow happen and Issa would wake up.

I sat there next to his bed with my hands in his and cried. I stayed like this for what seemed like hours and the nurses let me for some reason.

•Issa's POV•
I felt someone shake me and I also felt drops of a liquid or something on my face.

Ally.

She was here for me this whole time and still is.

I tried to open my eyes, but failed.

This time when I tried, a tear ran down my cheek. Not from Ally's eyes but from my own. Wait a minute...

I then fluttered my eyes open to see my parents silently crying in the corner and Ally crying at my side.

"Is everyone okay?" I asked worriedly.

"ISSA! You're alive!" Ally screamed at me and hugged me tightly.

"I have been this whole time, I'm just gonna say I was in a burrito." I stated, as Ally laughed.

"Issa you're okay!" My parents ran over to me and hugged me.

"Yeah, I've been able to hear all of you this whole time I just couldn't wake up for some reason. But my back, arms, and legs are a bit sore." I said.

"Let me go tell the nurse that you aren't dead." My mom said as she left the room.

"What?" I asked.

"Oh, right. The nurse told me that you were dead and didn't make it through your emergency surgery after the car crash." Ally said.

"Woah, well here I am I guess..." I said.

The nurse and my mom walked into the room.

"Wait a minute, I never said he was dead!" She said.

"Yes, you told me 'I'm sorry but Issa did not make it' yesterday after his emergency surgery." Ally stated. The nurse looked at her clipboard and then looked back up from it with wide eyes.

"Oh no! I'm sorry I read the updates for the wrong Issa! I meant to say that he survived and is sleeping but will wake up within a day. The other Issa...didn't make it." She said.

"I'm so sorry." She said as we told her it's okay and then walked out.

"Well I asked the front desk when we can checkout, and they said at 12. Right now it is 11:58, so let's just give you a wheelchair and get out." My mom said. I nodded as my dad unfolded a wheelchair then helped me climb onto it. Everyone walked out and to the front desk.

We then checked out and headed home.

Sorry for not updating in awhile, I've been very busy lately!
