~ Chapter Nine: A Start To Something New ~

" Man Monty, you've got it bad" I say quietly to myself, maybe I'm just doing this wrong, as much as I don't want to push or force Y/N I truly believe that nothing will come out of this if we never get past that stage, maybe I should ask her on a date? Yes! That's it, maybe If I ask her on a date we can become closer, I roar triumphantly as I rest my claws on my hips, chuckling. But where do I start? I've never asked anyone on a date after all, I've never been bothered with others but with her, I want to, I can't believe I'm doing this, but maybe I should ask someone. But who?

I ponder,how about Roxy? No!, she will just have something on me that she can use to her advantage whenever she wants, how about Freddy? Afterall he seems to be popular with the single mothers and as much as I hate myself for admitting this, he is a gentlemen the type that people want, he could be the best one to ask, and with that thought I sent Freddy a coded message

'Oi Fazbear, meet me on top of the catwalk in my attraction. I need to ask ya something!'

'Of Course Monty!, I am happy you want my help :D'

And with that, I waited for Freddy to arrive.

~ Freddy's POV ~

After Chica had informed me of the situations with Y/N, I was worried about my best friend, but I know that N/N is in great hands with Kev and so I thanked Chica for letting me know and I carried on with my day, I greeted the many happy children around the Plex, I enjoyed seeing the children happy and excited as they experience the wonders that the Mega Pizza Plex has to offer and the interaction with their favourite band member and then a message flashed across my vision and I stopped for a moment, and read the encoded message, it was from Monty and he wanted to ask me something, I couldn't help but smile as I am aware that Monty is....Misunderstood and I do know he has conflicted feelings about me so I knew it was hard to ask for help and help from me of all people so I sent him a message back and made my way to Monty Golf.

~ Monty's POV ~

I heard the clanging of metallic footsteps moving closer to me, turning my head I could see it was Freddy approaching, he then noticed that I knew he was here

" Hello Monty!, it is so good to see you" Freddy smiled, picking up his pace until he stood in front of me

"...Hi" I replied avoiding eye contact I think Freddy noticed but he didn't say anything

" So what is it you wanted to ask me?" He added

" R-Right!, u-um do you know anything about asking someone on a 'date'? I asked, my eyes still avoiding is gaze, fuck that was so embarrassing!, maybe I should of asked Roxy instead, it was silent for a moment, and this uncomfortable silence made me turn my head swifty to look at Freddy who had his finger resting on his chin in thought

" I'm afraid I do not know, Monty I am not familiar with this word 'date'" Freddy finally replied looking at me with saddened eyes

" I'm sorry I could not be helpful, Montgomery" "How about you ask Chica?, she loves Romance! Freddy added with an amused laugh, of course why didn't I think of Chica?!

" Do you know where she is, Fazbear?" I asked

" I last saw her heading to Mazercise, maybe she is still there?" Freddy replied

" Ah, thanks Freddy..." I thanked him before heading to Mazercise
