You burst open the doors,
"Y/N what're you doing here?" He says suprised at your timing
"Sorry Elijah but this time I didn't come for you"
You say and Rebecca almost chokes on her drink.
You walk past them into the room you'd knew he'd be in.
"Imma need you to stop bullying my brothers"
"Well that's a bit of an understatement love, I tried to kill them"
Klaus replied, continuing to sketch his drawing without looking at you
"Well you're a bit late considering they're already dead"
"I see you take after Damon"
"You mean he takes after me"
"He's older" he turns to look at you
"I'm stronger" you reply instantly
"Aren't the elders supposed to be stronger?"
He stands to face you with his hands crossed behind his back
"Yeh they are, thats why no one believes me when I say Elijah could take you on"
he smirks at your reply, seemingly impressed by your quick wit.
"You have an answer to everything don't you love?"
"You have a question for everything"
"Come to the ball with me"
"What if I said no?"
"That wasn't a question"
You raise an eyebrow and return the smirk but decided to test your limits
"Fine, I'll go but I want a bouquet of peonies and an apology to Stefan and Damon. Each."
"What if I said no?"
"That wasn't a question"
"All this for a dance?"
"To dance with the queen you got to dance for the queen"
Klaus turns back and looks down at his drawing of you
"And would this queen like a portrait for all to admire?"
"I'll let you answer that one" you say in a softer voice
You turn and leave Klaus struck by your charm which he genuinely thought only he had.
Elijah walks in a moment after,
"Niklaus you owe me a date"
