Young Sprig: Mommy I am so excited to see the animals
Anne: I know you are, if it weren't for my aquarium job you'd probably wouldn't be interested at all
Polly: *cooing*

Young Lincoln: *nervous*
Marcy: you okay sweetie?
Young Lincoln: well this is my first time going to a zoo and I'm a bit nervous
Marcy: don't worry, as long as you stick with us and follow our rules then you will be okay sweetheart
Young Lincoln: alright mommy
*Marcy smiles as we cut to them at a lion enclosure*

Maggie: man they are majestic and beautiful creatures
Sprig: but I never got why they are in these pens instead of being well in the wild?
Anne: that's because Zoos originally Weren't about conservation and education they were just about entertainment and Making money from the animals
Compared to zoos back in the 1800's these aren't really that cruel and inhumane to the animals, besides these animals are most likely the direct descendants of the animals that were in the first original zoos so they don't have any experience to survive in their natural habitat
Young Lincoln: it's like going to Africa but being in a safe area to view the animals
Marcy: indeed kids, these are majestic creatures it's really a shame that people are starting to become like *whispers to Anne* the Kryptonians
