He can "Transform" into a groundbridge for lack of better terms allowing him to hop in and out of reality and transport others with ease.
Being of a dull black frame and average height Jumpphase's, "Alt" mode was extremely unique. He was practically gushed over by cybertronian scientists since creation before the war, and even after.
His optics are a lime green similar to that of groundbridges, his body bothersomely average lacking any unique features.
He only ever joined the Decepticons when he heard they were winning, playing the winning side was smart enough to him and with his ability it was extremely easy to join.
Unfortunately for Megatron, he was seemingly indifferent with everything, only really particularly helping when directly ordered.
Were he motivated past his own trivial impassiveness he'd be a force of reckoning but otherwise he plays scout, collector, and Shockwave's labrat.

Okay this one is actually written down, I'm thinking a frustrated Megs dealing with Indifferent Shockwave and Jumpphase. They'll be chatting as Shockwave does some typical test on Jumpphase.
