Random character ideas, this is purely just formatting.
Most if not all will never be used in their designated "universe" ; those are explicitly for ease of use, helping give a broad idea to set a foundation for the rules or ideas of the character.
Example, I never have, nor plan, to write anything within My Hero Academia (MHA) but I still utilize its already set out rules in its world to simplify the ideas posted and give the proposed character other characters to interact with to showcase their personalities.
Characters listed alongside the OCs are used as something I may bounce my ideas off, contrast, and to show interactions. These are not ships. Most are friendships yes, (I think one is actually a romance but past that no) I do have some rivalries as well.
