As (M/N) starts to wake up he looks around to see multiple students still sleeping. He goes to the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth when he finishes he sees a girl with orange hair standing over a dude with black hair.
"Wake up lazy bud!" The girl with orange hair says
"Sigh." The man with black hair sighs out loud being woken up
"It's morning, it's morning, it's morning, it's moooorning!" The girl with orange hair says in a singing voice
"Man that girl is hyper." (M/N) says as he watches her zoom around the man with black hair
"I can't believe we've been at Beacon for a full 24 hours not that I thought we'd get kicked out or anything, I mean, you're the perfect student and I'm, well, I'm me. But it's just crazy, you know we've been friends for soooooo long what are the odds we'd still be together? Well, not "together" together. Not that I'm saying you're not handsome! You are handsome, but that'd just be weird... Right? What was I thinking but still, I hope we end up on the same team together Ooh we should come up with some sort of plan to make sure we end up on the same team together what if we bribe the headmaster no, that won't work, he has the school I know we'll have some sort of signal like a disress signal *gasps* A secret signal so we can find each other in the forest can you imitate a sloth?" The girl with orange hair says as the scene changes to them brushing their teeth, brushing her hair and them eating, with it ending with them both at a locker as the man with black hair searches for his weapons in his locker
"Nora." The man with black hair says
"Yes, Ren?" Nora asks
"I don't think sloths make a lot of noises." Ren says as his weapons go into his sleeves
"That's why it's perfect no one will suspect we're working together!" Nora says excitedly
"Come on, Nora let's go." Ren says as he closes his locker and starts to walk away
"But not "together" together. Nora says with a hop in her step as she giggles
"Wonder what those two were so worked up about. Ruby says as (M/N) stands next to her at his locker
"Oh, who knows... so you seem awfully chipper this morning." Yang says with her arms crossed
"Yes Rose bud mind tell us why your so hyper?" (M/N) says to Ruby as she blushes a little
"Well there is no more awkward small talk or 'getting to know you' stuff today I get to let my sweetheart do the talking. Ruby says as she pulls out Crescent Rose out of her locker and hugs it
"You, gotta remember rose bud you're not the the only one going through the initiation." (M/N) says leaning against his locker
"(M/N)'s right if you want to grow up, you're going to have to meet new people and learn to work together. Yang says
"Ugh, you sound like dad!" Ruby says as she puts Crescent Rose back in her locker
"Ruby, stop being dramatic you know we are right."(M/N) says
"Okay, first of all what does meeting people have to do with fighting and secondly, I don't need people to help me grow up I drink milk." Ruby says crossing her arms as (M/N) almost laughs but is holding it in
"But what about when we form teams?" Yangs asks
"Uhm, I don't know, i-i'll just be on yours or (M/N)'s team." Ruby says as she turns around
"Maybe you should try being on someone else's team?" Yang says playing with her hair
"Umm, I'm gonna stay out of this." (M/N) says
