LEXI POV:
The ambulance pulls up outside the hospital, and Bailey pushes the gurney I'm on into the E.R, Lucy following behind us. I don't notice much as I've had my head in a bowl vomiting the entire way here. The doctors help me onto the bed where they begin to run tests, I can here the words concussion and brain injury being thrown about by the medical staff but I don't have the energy to worry as I feel like I'm going to pass out. And as if right on cue, everything goes black.
I wake up in a hospital bed, covered in wires, Lucy and Nyla beside me. I wiggle my arm, and Nyla notices I'm awake.
