With a newborn baby girl in her lap, Sophie tickled her daughter until she giggled. "You're so cute."

"Aren't I?" Keefe's familiar voice responded. He sat on the couch across from his girls, feet extended on a coffee table. "In case you'd like to expand your vocabulary for next time, I'm also charming, hot, and —"

"Modest?" Sophie laughed, glancing between her husband and their little girl. "I was talking to Calla, not to you."

Keefe stretched out on his couch, his messy hair somehow making him that much more attractive. "Well, we're practically twins. So if you're complimenting her, you're also complimenting me."

"Keep dreaming."

"There's no need." Keefe stood, taking a seat beside his wife and daughter. Winking, he added, "I'm living one."
