Alizey's P.O.V.

"What do you want to do," I asked Fawad.

"You deci-" he was cut off by my phone.

"One second," I told him, answering Harris's call and bring it to my ear.

"Ki haal ae?"
(How are you?)

"Hi. I'm with Fawad right now."

"Hi. I'm at home," he responded in the same tone.

"Harris-"

"Yaar, hum aksar Tuesdays ko kuch karte hai. Mere classes jaldi khatam ho jaate hain. Main nahin chahta ke tumhari shaadi ke wajah se hamare beech kuch badal jaaye, Zey. Aur mujhe pata hai ke tumhe zaroorat hai thode fun ka. Phupa ke saath jo bhi hua, Fawad ke saath rehna, yeh sab tumhare liye bohat badi changes hai. Tumhe saans lene ke bhi zaroorat hai."
(We usually do something on Tuesdays. My classes end early. I don't want things to change between us because you're married, Zey. And I know you are in need of some fun. Whatever happened with Phupa, living with Fawad, these are big changes. You need to breathe as well)

I agreed. I'd been suppressing flashbacks of last Friday, but living with Fawad? Yes, it's different, being concerned about him in a different way and having new responsibilities, but I've been enjoying it and my time with him.

"I appreciate it, Harris. Really. But let's do something Thursday? Fawad and I were already on our way somewhere. I'm really sorry."

He sighed, "Koi baat nahin. Agli baar tumhari secretary ke zariye schedule karoonga."
(No worries. I'll schedule through your secretary next time)

"Shut up," I giggled.

"Aur kya!" he chuckled. "Khair, dekhta hoon kaise main tanha, akela, lawaaris, bechara-"
(What else! Anyway, let me see how I, alone, by myself, abandoned, helpless-)

"Are you finished?" I laughed, gaining a glance from Fawad.

"-besahara main yeh shaam guzaar doon."
(- supportless, spend the evening)

"Well, I'd love to hear about it after."

"Yes. I will message you after. Feel special."

"I do. Thank you. Alright, I'll talk to you later."

"Bye."

"Bye."

I looked at Fawad, "Harris. He was wanting to hang out."

"You could have invited him."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Oh. I wasn't sure," about him taking away from us hanging out together for the first time. "Next time."

He nodded. "You still haven't told me where we're going."

"Mm," I thought about it for a moment. "There's this Bollywood movie that came out recently. I'd been wanting to watch it for awhile now but wasn't able to after my marriage got fixed to Tahir." It became the last thing on my mind. I didn't even want to do anything anymore after I'd gotten engaged to him.

"Bollywood," his eyebrows tugged together.

My smile faltered, "You don't like Bollywood movies?"

"Just haven't seen one in years." His tone, however, suggested that he had more thoughts.

"You don't like Bollywood movies," I folded my arms, looking at him amused. I wasn't offended. Each to their own. I was simply curious about Fawad's opinion.
