George's pov...

(small chapter)
Mum sent us all to bed around ten or eleven which is pretty early if you ask me, but I go anyways. She can be scary sometimes so I just do what she say. Well some of the time anyways.
When I left Eve's room I could tell she had something on her mind So it didn't surprise me when I heard a knock on the walk after about thirty to fourty-five minutes. Our beds are right beside each other just separated by the wall and we figured it out after we were done rearranging her room this afternoon and I guess this is what we'll do when we need the other one in our room.
"Is everything alright beautiful" I ask as I pop my head in her room.
"I can't sleep can you please sit with me untill I'm able to. You can leave when I fall asleep if you want, I just don't want to be alone right now" she asks me
"Just give me a moment first and I'll be back ok" I say as I leave and go back to my room
"What was that about" Fred asks when I come in and close the door.
"She wants me to sit with her until she goes to sleep. she said she doesn't want to be alone" I say as I grab an extra pillow
"Your gonna do it aren't you"
"Of course. A very pretty girl requested me of all people to sleep in the same bed as her so obviously"
"Wait your gonna sleep in there"
"She said I didn't have to but you know me Freddie"
"Well go one, dont keep her waiting and don't do anything she doesn't want you to do. In other words don't do anything stupid Georgie" he says
"Just come wake us up before mum and dad gets out of bed. Me and you needs to be up anyways to help him with the car" I say as I walk back out the door
"I'm back" I say tapping on the door lightly but hard enough she can hear me and I open the door slowly to make sure she's dressed.
"Mind your eyes, I need a bit of light, I can't see in here.." I say as I light up my wand long enough to make my way to her bed.
"..nox" I say as I lay down and put my arm around her shoulder. This bed is small but we can work with it I think. "Here you can lay your head on my chest if you'd like to, i dont bite" I tell her and she moves closer to me and burrows her head into my neck slightly relaxing into me. Her frizzy black hair tickles my nose a bit, but I wouldn't dare to move. She's so cute especially when shes sleepy.
She's so beautiful it's actually kind of crazy. I obviously wouldn't say I'm in love with her but I definitely fancy her a bit. I can tell she doesn't feeel the same but thats ok. Maybe its because shes inlove and just doesn't remember. I've only just met her but I think if it came down to it I would die for her and if I had to die in order for her to live, I would. There's not very many people I would do that for that aren't family. Maybe just a handful of people like Harry and Hermione, possibly my friend lee aswell. I think I want to stay by her side no matter what, if she'll let me that is, it doesn't matter if we're only friends or not. she's meant for somthing I may not know what but I know it's big
"Goodnight Evie" I say.
"Goodnight Georgie and thank you againfor sitting with me tonight" she say sleepily as she put her arm over me
"It's my pleasure darling" I say back
'she's so adorable when shes tired' I think to myself as we both fall asleep peacefully but im secretly dreading the knee pain I know I'll probably wake up with in the morning due to the limited bed space.
After a few hours I wake up slightly and feel her move from on top of me still fully covered to her side and I roll with her and wrap her in my arm and relish in her warmth that makes me fall back into a deeper sleep. I can't help but fall asleep almost as quickly as I woke back up. Her presence is just so soothing and comforting.
•☆(someone asked for my wholesome George and Eve content and I happily agreed without hesitation. George rarely got attention in the books and movies. I dont even think it mentions who he went to the yull ball with. It's no secret that Fred is seen as the favorite twin so I had to give some love to the better looking one.
