Chapter-3 : Internship Offer

They both went to the computer lab to check the lists. First Maheer checked her name then she got to know that she have get the internship into a company in New Delhi.

Then Aarohi checked , she got to know that she have got the opportunity to work in a reputated company is Udaipur. It really delighted her. They both become happy and congratulated each other.

They both were going to cafe to celebrate this happiness. Then their friend met them in midway. Maheer said ," Hello, Abhimanyu , kaafi time baad dikhe aaj ". Abhimanyu said, "Hey , actually mein apne home town gaya hua tha aaj hi wapis aaya hu".

Abhimanyu said, " Hello, Aarohi kaisi ho?". She replied back with a smile on her face , "I am fine, what about you". Abhimanyu said ," By the way what about your internship plans?".

Maheer replied , " Mujhe Delhi ki ek company mein internship offer huyi hai aur Aarohi ko Udaipur mein ".Abhimanyu said, " Congratulations to both of you".

Abhimanyu asked Aarohi ,"So ,when are you leaving for udaipur." Aarohi said , " Since I have to do a lot of preparations. So it will take atleast two days to leave from here."

Abhimanyu said , " Oh, that's great." He was about to say something and he suddenly stopped. Aarohi asked ," Tum kuch keh rahe the Abhimanyu".

Abhimanyu was little hesitated , he said ," Nahi kuch important baat nahi thi , khair ab to mein bhul hi gaya jo batane wala tha, class ke baad milte hai . Abhi na mujhe kuch kam hai office mein."

Aarohi and Maheer both said goodbye to him. Abhimanyu bids a farewell to both of them. Maheer cleared her throat. She placed her elbow on Aarohi's shoulder.

Maheer said ," Ek baat bata kya tujhe sach mein kuch samajh nahi aata ya tu jaan bujh ke anjaan bani bethi hui hai".
Aarohi gave her a confused expression and said," Kya matlab".

Maheer said , " Pyaar or relationships ki philosophies ki inventor itni dumb kaise ho sakti hai , jo mujhse nahi chupa wo tumse kaise chupa reh gaya ".

Aarohi curiously asked , " Paheliyan na bhujao, come straight to the point." Maheer said ," Idiot , I think he loves you its visible in his eyes."

Aarohi gets little irritated and said ," kya bakwas kar rahi ho tum ". Maheer said ," Eyes never lies, my dear friend." Aarohi said , " Ilaaj karao apni aankho ka jyada hi dikh raha hai tumhe aajkal.He is just a good friend of mine ".

Maheer said ," Problem kya hai ? He is handsome, well behaved hai, tumhe samajhta bhi hai to koi communication issue bhi nahi hai , tumhe kyu issue hai ".

Aarohi replied ," Jaruri to nahi ki har ache ko ladke ko mein date hi karu. Kuch logo ke saath dosti jyada ache se nibhai jati hai ".

Maheer said ," Par wo....". Aarohi replied , " Agar tumhe ye topic continue rakhna hai to fir mujhe yaha se jana padega ". Maheer said ," Acha acha thik hai , nahi karenge is bare mein baat".

Aarohi's P.O.V.- I know it really well that Abhimanyu loves me even before Maheer told me about it . But I wanted to keep ignoring this fact . Because if he proposed to me then i will definitely decline his proposal which will definitely hurt him really bad and he will not be the same person to me anymore. I want him to stay but as a friend only. A lot of frienships are sacrificed in rush of getting in a relationship with a good friend and I don't want it to happen.

Aarohi's home
2:00 pm

Aarohi came back to home after a tiring day at college. She asked Revati, " Bhabhi sab kaha pe gaye hai ". Revati replied," Di sab apka wait kar rahe lunch ke liye chaliye na ".

Everyone was curious to know about that where Aarohi got the opportunity to do internship. Before anyone ask her anything Aarohi said ," Pehle aram se khana kha le , mujhe bahut tej bhook lag rahi hai , is bare mein ruk ke baat karenge".

As soon as they finished the lunch. Sandhya asked ," Beta ab to bata do ki lists mein kya aya ". Aarohi said," Patience mumma , so guys I have got the chance in
a well reputated company in Udaipur.

Ankit and Revati screamed in excitement, they said ," oh really, congratulations ". Arun and Sandhya blessed her and congratulated her. Everyone was so happy for her achivement.

Aarohi's room
10:00 pm

She was recalling the Abhimanyu and Maheer's incidient. With the passing time it is being difficult for her to hide the fact despite not being in a relationship she is in deep love with someone.

Aarohi's thought, " I can make thousand of friend today, but all the love in my heart will be reserved for a single man. I wish my wait for love of my life ends as soon as possible. I can wait happily for him till my death,if it is written in my destiny ".

She opened her diary and started writing✍️
Ajeeb zulm karti hai teri yaadein ,
Na sochein to koi thikaanein najar nahi aate hai.
Agar soche to bikhar jate hai .
Par yeh kahani ishq ki hai janaab,
Jis mein log manjil paye bagair bhi sukoon pate hai.

Aarohi in her mind ," Agar meri kismat mein saalo ka intezar likha hai ,to mein wo bhi karungi par mein umeed nahi chodne wali tumse milne ki ".

In the background her favorite song, (Nadaan Parinde) from rockstar movie was playing where lyrics were going perfect with feelings in her heart.
