Getting in the market I started buying the things we need for all the functions. I know that this can be done by the servants also.
But both the Dadis don't want to take any risk. So here I am buying everything by myself with this khadoos.
When I took things and was about to pay, he stopped me by giving his black card to the shopkeeper.
Yes black card like really wow. "You don't have to do this. I can pay myself you just keep looking in your phone."
"If dadi gets to know that I let you pay then she won't let me in the house again. And I am not looking in the phone I am working."
He said taking his card back from the shopkeeper after the payment was completed. I rolled my eyes on his answer.
All the time in the market he was just working on his phone and I was doing the shopping. He would look up from his phone only when he had to do the payment.
When I was at last shop buying the last things I checked the time. And its already 2 p.m. like literally we have been shopping for last 5 hours.
"Ohh no we have to get back now. The function will start at 4 p.m."
I said looking at him,and he nodded. Paying for the last item we left the store.
I was walking and when I notice that he was not there. I turned back to see him typing something in his phone.
"We have to go today and if you keep walking like this then we won't be able to."
I said dragging him towards the parking lot. After reaching the lot he sat in the car and I put all the things on the backseat and got in.
We drove to the palace. As we got in the palace. I saw that everyone was not yet ready. But thank god the preparations were done.
"Oh there they are. You guys were supposed to be back by 12 p.m."
Maa said getting dangerously angry.
"Maa I know but I am sorry. The things which we needed were literally scattered in the whole market. No two things were present on the same shop."
"And also certain someone didn't help me much." I said greeting my teeths at him.
"What did you say?" He said looking towards me pointedly. "Open ears to listen."
Before he could say anything Devashi dadi sai
"Okay now don't fight you guys are already late just go and get ready."
Glaring at me he left.
After telling the servants to take out the things out of the car, I also proceeded towards my room to get ready.
I wore a very light ocean green colour lehenga. It had embroidery work on its blouse, lehenga and a bit on dupatta.
