FT: But that's enough about me, a fortune teller should also not make it too much about herself.

S: She's still going.

FT: You want an update on your readings?

I look to Kusuo with anticipation.

S: I'm not against it.

T: Yay!

We both sat down and had our palms read.

FT: Do you still want to check for your compatibility?

We looked at each other and I responded.

T: I don't think that's necessary.

The fortune teller merely smiled and continued.

FT: I see. Then I can do a classic future fortune for you two instead.

POV: Saiki Kusuo

A peek to our futures, usually I don't take these seriously but this fortune teller is legit according to Mikoto. So even I am second guessing this. I wonder what Kokomi thinks. I look to her and she seems really deep in thought.

S: What do you think?

T:...I'm scared. Anything is possible in the future, even the worst.

I held her hand once more.

S: This is your call. Any decision you make I will follow.

T:...Alright.

T: Fortune Teller-san,

FT: Call me Urana.

T: Urana-san, I want to see our future fortune.

U: Alright then, put your hands on this crystal ball.

We finally see a use for it.

She puts both her hands over ours, closes her eyes, and focuses.

U: I see...a little girl...with pink hair. And you look happy and healthy. But, the boy's future is...uncertain.

That's reassuring.

She lets go.

U: That's all I was able to see. It's rare to even see two clear visuals from it. Future fortune can be quite difficult.

T: Alright then, thank you for the fortune.

U: No problem, I've grown fond of you two. Couples here come and go, and bluntly don't last.

That somehow sounds spiteful.

U: But I always found you two special, would it be okay to ask for your names?

T: Oh sure, I'm Teruhashi Kokomi, and this is my boyfriend, Saiki Kusuo.

U: Teruhashi and Saiki...I will remember that. After all, who knows, we might meet again.

Very ominous, but I never found ill intent from her so I let it slide.

When we walked outside, Kokomi was quiet. I held her close to me.
