Nico pov:
I was NOT apart of this!
Venom flapped his wings once to warn us of take off
I turned to the small crowed of shocked demigods
"Grab a chain! " I yell wildly and did exactly that
Luna followed and looped it around her waist
'not a bad idea' but I didn't have time to copy her
Venom jumped and his wings did the rest of the work
I held on for dear life as the jolt ran down the chains and I nearly fell
"help!" Piper screamed and I saw she was slipping off her chain
but I saw a bigger problem..Clara was still on the ground
she was sitting and I could tell she was hurt
"Nico!" Luna yelled close to me
"what are you doing?!"
I smiled
"something Nico-ish!" I yelled back and let go of my chain
gravity took over and I fell to the ground
some how my training kicked in..
I curled up and landed perfectly next to Clara but rolled to the side
"help!" she yelled at me
"what do you think i'm doing!" I yelled back
"showing off!"
I ignored that..
"can you walk?" I asked shouting from the loud wing beat of the drakon
"If I could I would be running for my life!"
"spoken like a true fan of doctor who!" I laughed
she gasped
"you watch doctor who!?"
oh..Luna was right
I do start conversations at the worst times..
Clara's eyes drifted up and she screamed
"the roof!"
"ceiling!" I corrected
"what did I say about correcting me! "
and there I go again..
but I saw what she was talking about
I broke the wall but the ceiling was still in tact
we didn't have time..
I picked her up bridal style and grabbed a chain close too us
my grip tightened when my feet left the ground
"can you hold on?" I asked Clara
she was in no shape in hold on to a chain for her life but I needed her too
she nodded but her arms around my neck tightened
"not on to me!" I laughed
but she didn't let go and started shivering
well that's out of question...
I bent down and awkwardly slipped the chain around both of us
Venom used his head to smash the roof..ceiling..whatever and with one last loud roar he took off

after the first half hour Luna told everyone to climb up on Venom's back
..but for some reason no one knew who she was talking about
I bet you could imagine everyone's looks as I dragged the sleeping Clara strapped to my chest and passed out .....that was embarrassing..
what was worse was that she never let go..
so here I am sitting on a dark purple drakon with a passed out girl sleeping in my lap flying through the pink evening sky...
tell me...how much do you wish you were me right now?
I would be fine with it if Clara wasn't drooling on my shoulder..
yeah that kind of ruins it..
"hey" Luna said sitting next to me
my eyes moved to anywhere but too look at her
"how is she?" she asked after I didn't answer
"passed out for the next hour or so..." I chuckled
"that was brave of you" She said meaning Clara
"more like stupid " I said quietly
"noo..." she said in thought
"more like..Nico-ish"
I felt myself blush and we both laughed
after we calmed down Luna looked back at Clara...
"what are we going to do with her?" I said quietly again
"do with her? she's coming back too camp with us"
I stared at her
"well were not going back to that sunset place" Luna said waving her hand around the pink sky
"yeah..and not too mention that guy shot me" I chuckled
Luna suddenly looked concerned
"what?" I asked
"he shot you?"
I nodded and explained what happened and how I 'stole' Clara and how she knew me from before
"I still don't know what happened that night.." I said worried and ended my story
"that's ok" Luna said smiling
she yawned and her eyes closed a little
I was tired too..
"If you want I still have a leg free to sleep on because apparently i'm a human mattress" I joked
..but she didn't..I don't think anyway
"keep your leg" Luna said waving her hand at it
"what's wrong with my leg?" I wined
"nothing" Luna said scooting closer to me
"I just like your arm better" she said hugging my free left arm and set her head on my shoulder
I felt my face glow red, but my whole body relaxed
Luna must have felt it because she snuggled closer to me
"so we're good?" Luna said half asleep already
'good?'
my thoughts traveled back to our last day at camp..we had fought ...only because I got mad
"yeah.."I sighed falling asleep myself
"yeah we're good.."
