I refuse to read romance novels.
The books fictitious views on love and relationships will start to become my own.
I get so immersed in that ideal reality that I know I'll be seeing through rose-tinted glasses after returning to my own.
I'd continue to fantasize and romanticize what could be.
What isn't.
I know that I'll then long for something that's pretty much impossible to reach and completely out of my grasp.
That's why I refuse to read romance novels.
