CHAPTER 19: UNFAIR

It feels weird waking up with no heavy feeling and I also feel less groggy, this is a once in a blue moon situation as a fucked-up college student. I didn't even get to end the call with Sierra because I fell asleep as soon as I lay down on my bed, so the embarrassment I experienced when her voice is the one who woke me up so I quickly ended the call without saying anything to her.

When I saw the name, I can't help but let a muffle because I know who it is and would still answer it even after naming her that.

I block her number in annoyance, I didn't expect that she will be this annoying but here she is, who always exceed my expectations. She should be the one annoyed with me since I named her Ursula but she didn't care to budge because of her cute reason. My chest still feels light though after feeling annoyed with Sierra, as if my annoyance is not there and there's not a hint of heaviness present in me.

The light feeling in my chest continue throughout my shower and preparation, not anyone can take that away in me even my sister finds me weird because she said that I look less horrible today unlike all the other morning that she almost mistook me for a ghost. That comment of her made me roll my eyes and shoo her away from my door, this girl doesn't even know how to knock and just barge in without prior notice to the owner.

"You look happy that I find it weird, I'm happy for you yeah but who made you this happy that you're almost glowing" She squints her eyes, still ignoring my demand and complaints.

"No one! I guess I woke up on the good side of the bed that's why" I said, appearing dismissive so she'll drop the topic and leave me alone.

"You have those days ate but this? This is a rare one since you're like sleeping beauty when she woke up unlike the other day where you look like" She stop talking and slightly open the door so I stare at her to know what she will do next.

"Like what?" I asked, knowing that she's gonna say something that can cause her trouble.

"A sleeping goblin" She said with a mischievous smile then ran in a hurry when I intentionally scare her just by taking one step.

It's useless asking me who or what made me feel and look this way because I also don't know the answer to that. I don't want my assumption take over me and my mind, it'll only hold me back from the present. Thinking about useless thoughts is useless when you consistently think about it but don't take any action, as for me who absolutely no plan on taking action, it's genuinely useless.

It's one hour before the start of my first class but I'm still spacing out, I'll be late for sure if this continue so dismiss my earlier thoughts and head downstair when I finished preparing. I also have to cook breakfast and drive my little to our campus since she's lazy to drive again but what bugs me is how can this feeling stayed when I usually get tired after this routines.
