Israel has mild Teutophobia (fear of germans) for obvious reasons
it doesn't affect her much, just makes UN meetings uncomfortable for her sometimes.
Poland surprisingly doesn't have Teutophobia. he did somewhat, before. But Germany was just always sweet and patient with him and Poland just kind of got over it.
also, Germany would actually go behind his father's back and give Poland bread. Poland never forgot that gesture of kindness
also, Israel's teutophobia does somewhat contribute to Germany's tendency to blame himself for Reich's actions
