For me its just a state of mind. If they act a certain age, they are that certain age.

Most countries are young adults. It just makes sense.

America is like a teenager or college student. he's kinda stupid and reckless. More specifically 16-23

UK is like, mid-40s. kids have weighed on him. He old.

France is mid 30s, very motherly.

Japan is 16. Fangirl supreme.

USSR was like mid 40s when he died.
