-•Narrator POV•-
Well you weren't lying to Wally, you did go meet the other neighbors. Even though in the beginning you didn't want to meet other puppets, that plan went out the window. You met a blue dog, Barnaby, a rainbow bird, Poppy, a mailman, Eddie, a grumpy gray puppet, Frank, a store owner, Howdy, and a very sunny puppet, Sally. From what you know, Frank and Eddie were dating and when you asked if Sally and Julie were dating, they denied. Though you could tell there was something between them (Yes I do ship them 😃).

While you were talking to them, you felt eyes burning into the back of your head...weird. Though you felt off, you continued talking with the other puppets. You and F/WH/C (Wally isn't there sooo) had a lot in common! You thought you two could be best friends! Julie left you alone with the other puppets because she wanted to go get a blanket and have a picnic and play some games. (keep in mind, Wally isn't here with you guys)

The 8 of you laughed and talked to each other on the red-and-white checkered blanket. "Ya know kid, I think Wally would really like you. Since I just met you, I don't know everything about you yet but I do know you and Wally could have a good friendship maybe even more...!" Barnaby, Wally's best friend, told you, nudging you with his elbow. Hearing his name made you angry but also a bit scared or nervous. "I'm sure we could..." You responded, not wanting to make him sad. You chuckled awkwardly at the end of your sentence.

After a while, the conversation had shifted towards the person you wanted to hear about the least, Wally. "He's a great painter! He once painted a whole set for one of my plays!" The star-shaped puppet said,"I think he's just a dirty apple thief!" Howdy said, crossing his first set of arms over his chest. "Aww come on pal, he isn't that bad!" Barnaby told him, chuckling at Howdy's expression. "Frankly speaking, Wally isn't that bad. I mean, he illustrated a painting of a butterfly I captured" Frank told Howdy, who gave him a glare back.

"Oh shut it, you gray cylinder!"

"Why?! Does it bug you?"

"Alright alright! Stop fighting!" Eddie interrupted, holding back Frank before he could start attacking Howdy. "I just think Wally is pretty cool in general!" Julie states. You sighed, great. Now the conversation was back to Wally. "Mhm, he helped me bake and finish one of my knitting projects!" Poppy said kindly, she was like a mother to you. Wally really wasn't that great, good painter? Sure, "nice"? Maybe...you still weren't convinced he was good. "Whatcha talking about guys?" 'Speak of the devil'  You thought to yourself.

"You, Wally!" Julie says as she gets up off the checkered blanket to meet him. "Ah, I see our dear Y/N has joined you for this picnic. That I wasn't invited to." Wally's tone changed at the end of the sentence to a more angry one. He was staring daggers at Julie and it looks could kill, she would be buried 6-feet under.

"Sorry Wally! I totally forgot to invite you! Ya know, being caught up with showing Y/N around and introducing them to all the other neighbors!" Though it was quite obvious that Wally was hating Julie right now, Julie was oblivious to it which just made him more angry. After a few more minutes of them talking, Wally then focused his gaze towards you. Out of all the people.

Julie took her seat next to Sally again and Poppy sat nearby, knitting a blanket since it was getting to the colder season soon. Howdy and Frank were still arguing while Barnaby and Eddie held them back from killing each other. And of course, Wally went to come sit next to you. "How's my darling doing?" He said, grabbing your hand and, like before, kissing your wrist. You sighed before responding,"fine, just fine." You said through gritted teeth.

"Oh that's wonderful my dear!"

"Stop calling me that..."

"Of course, darling!"

"Ughhh..." You couldn't stand it anymore. You looked around to find that everyone else was walking along the path going to Julie's house. You two were left alone. "Ya see...I gotta go..." You started to get up but Wally grabbed your wrist, "What's the rush...darling" His face turned black and only his eyes could be made out, his pitch black pupils dilating back and forth. You tried escaping his grasp, you were petrified. But the fear didn't last long, because you felt a sharp pain, the same you felt before, in the back of your neck. Then, it was lights out.
