-CUSSING
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"GET OUT! GOODBYE!" Your mother threw your things at you, bonking you on the head. You had been living in a town (also full of puppets) named Townsville (real creative). You and your mother never had a very good relationship since your father passed, today she was on her wits end. You had burned down a part of the house that was currently being put out by a few puppets. You blinked at your mother, shocked. "w-what?! Where am I supposed to go?!" You exclaimed, your mother just scoffed and flipped her black hair, "Away from here!" She said as she threw another box of your things at you.
It had been hours, walking through the forest that surrounded Townsville. You never had walked this far into the forest before, heck, you haven't even stepped foot into the forest. You had your boxes with your stuff inside, in a red wagon. You fingers hurt so bad from pulling it and not another town was in sight. The sun was starting to set behind you on full blast, your back was burning up because of it. In a few minutes, you'd be in pitch darkness even worse since your in the forest. You kept dragging the wagon through the twigs and mud. Your F/C shoes were all muddy and soggy, your P/S/C felt skin was all dirty.
Darkness, pure darkness. Only the faint moonlight peeked in through the leaves, letting you see only a few inches in front of you. You were determined to keep going, even if you died. You finally let go of the handle of the wagon, letting yourself fall down of your knees and digging your P/S/C hands into the wet soil below you. You wanted to cry, but couldn't give up...not yet. "Come on, get up Y/N" you pleaded to yourself, trying to get confidence. Then, you heard a twig snap. You didn't see any other town nearby, so what could that be? Maybe it was an animal? Whatever it was could be a threat to you.
You got up from the ground dusting off your sweatpants and F/C shirt. "Whose there?! Ha, maybe I'm just paranoid...it's probably just a rabbit or squirrel...yeah...probably..." You tried reassuring yourself, but it wasn't working. Another twig was heard snapping in half, you quickly grabbed the handle of the F/C wagon. You started dashing through the forest, footsteps were heard following you. One hand was on the wagon's handlebar, one was trying to sense where you were going since it was still really dark. The footsteps got closer so you let the cart go.
Minutes of running in pitch darkness, the footsteps got farther. Maybe they stopped chasing you? You finally stopped running, catching your breath with your back pressed against a tree. "I haven't ran so fast in ages..." You said through breaths. When you finally felt fine, you realized you had let go of your wagon. "Damn it" You thought to yourself. You suddenly turned around to see...a town! Finally...you quickly started to jog towards it. It was still pretty far from where you stood so you still had a bit to go. When you neared the entrance, you felt a sharp pain in your neck. "FUCK!!!" You cussed as you held your neck. Your vision became blurry and you fell to the ground.
"Goodnight, darling. I'll see you when you wake up!" A voice said, so sweetly. Before your vision was completely black, you saw a yellow puppet with a blue cardigan and a blue swirly pompadour. That's all you saw before everything went black...
