𝐌𝐈𝐃𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓; [a tbp chatfic!]

hi loves, it's hxdes. 

i wanna talk about something i've noticed, and i just posted last chapter but i wanna say this rq.

i was reading some more tbp chatfics when i clicked on one, i saw that the author who posted it had the exact same nicknames as me, (bruceybear, sillybilly, and birdshit). at first i was like meh because bruceybear has been used for bruce as chatnames/nicknames.

but personally i've never seen sillybilly/birdshit used for billy and robin. 

(they might have been used, but they're not common i think.)

this author also took copies of my lines and put it in their chatfics, used exact same plotpoints like the first chs when finney needed to leave bc of his dad, billy struggling with spelling/vance helping him, billy crashing into griffin then going on a date, used my line when finney was simping in 'finney the homoseggsual!' chapter with the knees/ring pop.

(ima keep them anon btw bc yeah.)

(some scs. like literal exact copies just replacing certain words n stuff. )

they also used my idea of billy/griff being nervous and asking each other out at the exact same time. it was like they copied my date and just replaced it with an arcade date instead.

(they even used similar pictures for the posts when billy/griff got together.)

honestly, it kinda pisses me off because there is a difference between using works as inspo, and copying exact lines/plotpoints/original ideas and using them. if they gave credit i wouldn't have minded, but i do put work into these chapters so this is really annoying bc this author is using my ideas w/o credit. 

i just wanted to get this off my chest because it's been bothering me and affecting my updates. if you wanna use my ideas, at least give credit, i won't mind! but don't copy me exactly w/o credit at least lmao.
