Chapter 6: Announcement

Habang naglalakad ay nakasabay ko ang ibang mga demigod maging ang iba pang nilalang. The one with the body of horse and head of a man, centaurs. They are incredibly tall and had a toned muscle. The other are groups of dazzling and enchanting ladies who have a skin like milk.

They have different crowns like flowers and leaves, and I swear they have the most beautiful and perfect face. Surely, they are Gods and Goddesses favorite. Are they half-bloods too?

"That's nymphs or dryads," nagulat ako ng may magsalita sa tabi ko, I thought it's Elo but to my surprise it's a girl. She has dark blue wavy hair, wait. I think I saw her somewhere.

Right! She's the girl from the plaza. Yung kasabayan namin ni Elo sa pagpaparegister. "Kadira intayin mo ako saglit!" lumingon naman ang babae sa likod niya. Nang tingnan ko ang tumawag sa kanya ay ito din ang kasama niya noon, the candy girl.

Her hair really looks like a candy. It feels like I want to eat those.

Lumipat muli ang atensyon ko sa babaeng nasa harap ko, so this blue haired girl is named Kadira.

"You're so slow as always Xia" and the cotton candy girl is Xia.

'Hmm nice names.' I silently commented.

"Eh? Ang bilis mo maglakad saka isa napapagod na ako no!" angal ni Xia habang nakakunot noong nakatingin sa babaeng katabi ko.

"You're just too weak. Your stamina are the worst." Nakita kong inirapan ni Xia si Kadira dahil sa sinabi nito. Bigla namang lumipat ang tingin niya sa akin at biglang nanglaki ang mga mata.

"Omo I remember you, ikaw yong creepy na babae na nakatitig samin tapos bigla kaming tinalikuran don sa plaza! Diba?" Pumunta siya sa akin at nilapit ang mukha niya kaya umatras ako. Muntik niya na akong mahalikan wtf.

"Xia your behavior, stop it." Inilayo naman ni Kadira ang babae sa akin at pinagsabihan ito.

"Eh bakit totoo naman sinasabi ko ah. Wala akong sinabing mali hmpf" the cotton candy girl pouted her lips and wrap her arms around her chest. Nagmamaktol ito habang nakatingin sa malayo. Narinig ko ang malalim na paghinga ng katabi kong babae.

I'm amazed by how she approach her calmly. Nagulat ako ng bigla itong lumingon sa akin at alanganing ngumiti. "I deeply apologize for her childish behavior miss. Sorry for the inconvenience," She slightly bow her head at humingi ng paumanhin.

"I don't mind miss, it's fine with me" I awkwardly said. "Thank you for understanding, if you excuse us." Tumango ito sa akin bago lumapit kay Xia at niyaya ito. Nakita ko pang umirap ito sa kanya bago sumunod.

'she probably came from a wealth and noble family' I guessed. She knows courtesy and act like a real lady.

"Uy Ade dito yoo-hoo!" Nabaling ang atensyon ko ng marinig ko ang boses ni Elo sa bandang kaliwa. Nakita kong kumakaway siya para kunin ang atensyon ko. Naglakad ako papunta sa kanya.

While walking I noticed that centaurs and nymphs are the only creatures here besides demigods. Hindi rin biro ang dami namin na nagregister, siguro ay ganon ang malaking kagustuhan nila maging studyante ng paaralan na ito.

Nang makarating ako sa pwesto ni Elo at agad nitong kinawit ang braso niya sa akin at hinila pa ako. "San tayo pupunta" takhang tanong ko dahil nakikisiksik kami sa mga nasa unahan.

"Doon tayo sa unahan," pilit na sumisiksik si Elo habang mahigpit ang hawak sa braso ko, humihingi na lang ako ng paumanhin sa nababangga namin. Madami ang nagrereklamo dahil nasisiksik namin sila.

Nang sa wakas ay nakarating kami sa unahan ay kinurot ko siya sa tagiliran. "Aray ano ba! Ang sakit mo mangurot, problema mo?" hinihimas nito ang tagiliran niyang kinurot ko at masamang tumingin sa akin.

Magsasalita na sana ako ng biglang may nagsalita sa unahan, "Silence." ang kaninang magulo at maingay na kapaligiran ay napalitan ng nakakabinging katahimikan. Authority and sophistication is an evidence to her voice. When I looked at her, my eyes saw a Goddess. She is incredibly tall and had a good curve, she's wearing white simple chiton that slightly reveals her healthy boobs. Her shoulders are exposed and it's shining whenever the sun rays touches it.

She also had a gold crown around her brunette braided hair. I never saw someone beautiful like her, I might drool.

I didn't notice that she's standing in a grass a stage, mataas lang ang parte na yon compared sa kinatatayuan namin ngayon. So that's the reason why I'm able to see her from afar earlier.

"Good day to each presence in here. I would like to introduce myself to all of you, I'm Ivia, a direct descendant of the Greek Goddess of love, Aphrodite." that's explain why she is beautiful, ikaw ba naman maging anak ni Aphrodite. "I am the headmistress of this university, and I am pleased to have all of you in here. I didn't expect that the enrollees for this year is many as this compared before."

No one dare to speak because of the intimidation of this lady na kahit ang babaeng katabi ko ay nakaawang lang ang bibig at manghang mangha sa babaeng nasa harapan, maayos kong nakikita ang mukha niya dahil nasa unahan kami. May maganda rin palang dulot ang pakikipagsiksikan ni Elo.

"So let's not waste more time, I want to be straightforward. It's true that I'm happy that all of you are interested to be an official student of Greek University, but I'm afraid that all of you can't make it." Pagkatapos niyang sabihin iyon ay biglang umingay ang paligid dahil sa bulungan at sari saring tanong. Nagtaka ako sa sinabi niya, what does she exactly mean?

"My instincts are right" wika ni Elo sa tabi ko. Sumulyap ako sa kanya at nakitang nakalagay ang hintuturo niya sa kanyang baba.

"Silence." Bigla namang tumahimik ang paligid, no one dared to speak because of her intimidating voice. "As what I've said all of you can't be an official student. To be one you have to pass and survive the test that we prepared to all of you. The test will occur in the island, your task is to kill daemons as many as you can and escape the island" What the actual fuck? Are they for real? Daemons are flesh eating monster from underworld and as far as I can remember their saliva are acid that melts anything that comes contact with it.

"The University will provide you clothes as well as the weapon you'll use. You have five days to finish and pass the test. To remind you that the only thing you have to put in your mind is to survive, nothing more, nothing less. Those who are able to pass, will be the official student of Greek University." may nagpunta sa kanyang lalaki na sa tingin ko ay isang student dito at may inabot kay Ivia. He emits a powerful aura, he has glasses on and a stern face.

But since I'm not interested with dicks, I diverted my attention to the Headmistress. Tumango siya sa lalaki at humarap sa amin. Ngumiti ito bago buksan ang bote at nilagay sa palad niya. "May the Gods bless you to the path you will take." then she blow the gold dust to us. Nagkaroon ng glitters ang braso ko, so this is her blessing.

"Everyone, dismissed." Bigla na lamang nawala si Ivia na parang bula. Unti unti na ring nagsialisan ang iba. Niyaya ko na si Elo na hanggang ngayon ay malalim pa rin ang iniisip. "I told you, there's something with the registration. So this is it, I'm right." Lumingon ito sa akin ng may nagaalalang mata. Malalim akong nagpakawala ng hininga at hinawakan ang balikat niya. "Worry less Elo, we can pass the test. Trust me." I smiled at her and I think she calmed down a bit. Tumango ito sa akin at nagpatuloy ng maglakad papunta sa kwarto namin.

I don't want to show her that I'm also worried about the test, I know it's not going to be easy. Our opponents are not ordinary, we surely need to risk our goddamn lives.
