Hello guys so yuh i did my best to write some other chapters kahit winawasak na yunh utak ko but still slay happy readings everyone ✨

Beatrice's pov

We both talked slightly in her car while she drives we both exchange small information about ourselves i did not expect she's a cat person she told me that she has a pet cat, named lily she told me her cats fur was black ( it makes me more want to see the cat when she told me it was chubby ackk! ) she literally named the cat lily she said it doesn't matter if it doesn't match the cats color, but in the other hand i find a black cat named after lily is cute and more faster to pronounce while using it to call the cat.

In return i also told her about my interest about Corgi's i love cats and dogs but in dogs im very picky to have one that's why i loved Corgi's its about their energetic and adventurous personality that can makes me entertained when im bored and sad for a day. And i also told her i want to name the corgi butter or peanut because i just like it.( She finds the name cute after hearing it )

We unexpectedly shared the same interest we exchanged even it was small we kind of find each other more interesting

An hour later after getting inside of one of the private rooms

Audrey gets her documents and other proofs that provides that she was the person who purchased the land from her business partner who was frequently been threatened to cancel it and return it, she has one of the written letters of her business partner who is promising give the land to Audrey as a new entitled owner of it and they both signed it

We both sat by the table

Miss Beatrice do you know this man who's trying to get his hand in your property? Tanong ko sa kanya

He was mister smith he was one of my rivals who tries to bring my company down without any reasons

How did you meet this man? while i write in my paper

He was attending a party which im in i guess he heard my name that my company was successful so he tries to make a business partnership with me some older business man told me that i must not and i can certainly feel i don't need to accept the partnership.

I nodded ( it picks my interest ) ( okay so this man has a pretty messed up background heh )

okay thanks for answering my questions but still i need some proofs to strengthen the possibilities to win this case

Im going to tell you why its because the other lawyer im going against to will have plenty of holes to poke to win mr smiths case like reasoning your partner in business changed his mind to give the permission to mr Smith to purchase the land, and that written letter will be valid but im sure they will have another letter like yours in mr Smiths side since he managed to threaten your business partner to sign it

She listens to me in a serious manner while i explained

But the judge will have suspicious thinking about the letter since both parties has it the jury will question your business partner for it and he will panic or mr Smith will dictate his words which he might lie in the stand for mr Smith, mr Smith has your partners support while us have nothing

( Sigh's ) i guess we won't win against him she massaged her neck while sitting in front of me

No never im not letting him win. i said in a serious manner as i stand and walked around

Audrey's pov

Her expression changed i never seen her like that

'Well of course you're must be determined to win my case and im looking forward to see you win' i smirked at her while sitting

She was wearing some glasses, she flips every pages in her written information from me, her hair was tied up in a messy bun few baby hairs falls in her face, it can't be tied properly

She smiles at me while she stands and says ' us lawyers can't keep promises to win the case we handle, but thank you for putting your faith on me '

We both stared for a while until she removes her eyes to me i can feel she's feeling the way i feel

She's pretty hard to get and i kind of like it

The way she dress's professionally and she speaks clearly for me to understand , it makes me want to know her more she's completely aware of what i'm  trying to do.

i told her that the trial is held in the weekend after she knew about it i can tell she's very tired and i can't help to worry that she might get sick because of her work she's literally pushing herself through her limits.

' we can further discuss other matters tomorrow Ms Audrey ' she smiles tiredly to me

i got up and walks towards her ' are you sure you can manage ' i said in a worry tone

' yes i'm fine, you don't really have to worry ' she smiles likes she's hiding her tiredness

' can i borrow your phone ' i asked her, she was confused while i have my own phone in my hands  

' umm sure?' she says as she having a second though from giving it to me 

i gladly taken it from her hands she's still confuse of my gestures, she tilts her head as if she was wondering what am i doing in her phone.

' there. all settled ' i give back her phone until she realizes what i just did 

She chuckles ' i have already your company's number may i ask why are you giving me your personal phone number? '

' its for personal reasons Ms Beatrice just keep it for me ' I sa as i opened the door for her

Beatrice's POV

Smooth moves Ms Audrey

I stood there looking at my phone and her

' okay okay I'll keep it ' I said as i stepped out first

' thank you Ms Beatrice ' she said as she walks beside me

Dang i can basically notice she's not pure Filipina, she's probably mix, she's tall, she's towering me over ( feeling a shot in my heart )

Audrey's pov

You're getting obvious Beatrice are you admiring me? I can't blame you~ i think as her stare got my attention while we walked sude by side, i bet chasing her around would be fun and pleasing
