This user is very serpent like, though without a full mutant snake quirk. This user's fangs are extreamly venomous, and only takes meer seconds for it to come into effect. They also have a poisonous breath and a petrifying stare.

The user's whole body, primarily poison glands in the mouth and their eyes
Strengths:
This user is very thorough in making sure that enemies can't move, having the ultimate combo of venom, poison, and petrification
Weaknesses:
This user tends to suffer from dry mouth, and will get headaches from petrefying. They are also afraid of weasels.
