Description:
This user has a Halo that is always around their head. The Halo collects and absorbes light, growing brighter as it does so. The user can use the light collected to form a variety of simple but strong shapes, such as sheilds, swords, poles, and ropes. The shapes are quite durable, and can grow quite large.

The Halo floating around their head
Strengths:
Halo is a good well rounded quirk that can be useful in a wide variety of situations, and bonuses as a light source
Weaknesses:
The user is limited to whatever light they have already stored, and cannot re-absorb any light that they take out of their Halo
