Description:
This user can turn themselves intangible, able to walk through solid objects undetected. The user can not walk through objects more than 5 meters thick. Whatever object they walk through freezes, including people. The area that freezes is typically around 1.5 meters in diameter from the user's body, though they are able to reduce the area effected.

This quirk is good for evasion and counter attacking, as well as stealth.
Weaknesses:
The user's body temperature will reduce the longer they are intangible until their body can no longer function
