Description:
User can cause lightning to form and hit enemies by clapping their hands together. The lightning will come out differently depending on how they clap, with it coming out in a single stream if the move their hands forwards, and coming out as an AoE if their hands are facing up.

Their quirk factor comes from their hands
Quirk Evolution:
User can cause lightning to form by hitting any part of their body, not just their hands
Strengths:
User has a strong offensive quirk, able to control the direction and area of the lightning makes it safer to use around other people
Weaknesses:
Overuse will cause the user's hands or body to become burned or numb
