The auror opened his mouth thrice before opting to stay silent, making Celeste roll her eyes and throw her head back and wait for them to arrive at the most dreaded place on the earth. Her breathing got shallower as her brain dwelled over the fact that she was about to spend a day in the azkaban.

After what seemed an hour, the carriage pulled up in the prison of Azkaban. Celeste shuddered as the carriage's door was opened and the auror stepped out. She took a shuddering breath in and followed the auror out. The warmth was replaced by dreadful cold and whatever optimism Celeste had in her body was slowly replaced with the dread.

"She is a prisoner for just a day. Tomorrow her fate will be decided." The auror said, handing her over to the standby aurors. They hesitantly nodded their hands and escorted Celeste towards one of the empty cells.

The terrible howls of prisoners resonated throughout the Azkaban. Celeste closed her briefly, her breath coming out as a thick fog. Dementors were at it, sucking away any happy thought in the brains of the prisoner making them hopeless and sorrowful.

Celeste was pushed gently inside the empty cell and her handcuffs disappeared, making her rub her wrist and lean against the wet and dirty wall. Dementors circled around her cell, ready to give Celeste the same treatment as any prisoner in that godawful jail.

Celeste sat down on the hard ground, pulling her knees to her chest, muttering to herself that she was gonna be ok, but she felt all of her happy memories or thoughts being sucked out of her. Her bottom lip trembled as she found it hard to keep herself from breaking down.

Newt was pacing around the living room in anxiety as he waited for Gilbert and Albert to reappear in his house's living room. Charlus was temporarily suspended for going against the ministry, and he was currently lounging in Newt's living room, shaking his leg in nervousness.

His fireplace lit up green, and Albert stepped through the fire looking everywhere with murderous rage. "They took my daughter to fucking Azkaban. This calls for a revolution." Albert spit out, his wrists fisting on his side.

"What?!" Charlus exclaimed, springing up on his feet. His eyes flashed in anger at the news that was broken in the room. Stefanie almost fainted and fell to the ground if it was not for Yusuf kama, who quickly wrapped around the old woman's shoulder.

Newt's mother was soothed by Theseus as he wrapped his hands around his mother's frame as she hugged her oldest son. "How the fuck is that even legal?!" Helena asked, her hand caressing her bump.

"It is not. He is just doing damage control. Gilbert is currently holding a meeting with the ministry's employees. Turns out no one agrees with a one sided court hearing tomorrow." Albert said, looking at Helena, who was barely holding her anger.

"Well, hit witches and wizards know their loyalty lies with. The real ministry will be back once we put Hector out of his position." Charlus said, grabbing his coat from the sofa, ready to spearhead the mission with Gilbert.

"I am coming with you." Newt said, summoning his coat. Nobody has ever seen Newt angry, but they did now. His eyes were on fire with anger and his jaw locked. He looked murderous at that moment. Something that even his mother and brother hasn't seen in ages.

"I am coming too. I won't let Gilbert handle this alone. If we are going against the ministry, we do it together." Theseus said, his eyes flashing with determination. Newt didn't wait for anyone and switched on the floo network. "I never saw the point of these wars, but I do now." Newt muttered, stepping in the flame which transported him to ministry.

Celeste couldn't close her eyes to rest because as soon as she closed her eyes, the images of her supposed mother kept popping in front of her blank vision. Her destiny was nothing more than being a weapon to someone she hated for the entirety of her life. Her hands fisted her shirt material as she tried to jerk away the fresh image of a hurt Newt from her brain.
