LATELY, the group had been stressed. making sure their system is locked securely, while holding onto every string of hope that it hadn't been too late.

as for me, the time i've been here had been exhausting. i was guessing a week already passed since this had become my new home.

suddenly, felix barged into the lobby, nearly falling to the ground. he struggled as he carried many boxes that were stacked on top of each other, one threatening to drop. i hurried to help him, throwing away the vogue i had randomly found and had begun to read. "felix, watch out!" i started to run as the box on top became a victim of gravity. i extended my arms and caught it in the last second. a breath of relief escaped mouth.

his mouth formed into an o, showing his surprise. he was quick to apologize. "my bad, i didn't want to go twice. i was too lazy to go back to the car, so i decided to bring all boxes at once."

"it's fine. what's in these anyway?" i questioned as i placed the carton down. felix stepped forward, making his way to the halls. "hey, don't put it down, carry it for me, yeah? your stuff is in there."

i shrugged, lifting it up again. "what do you mean my stuff? did you break into my apartment or what?" i joked.

he chuckled. "kinda."
