When a young man makes a joke wish about taking Issei's place as the Red Dragon Emperor, he gets the wish granted! At the cost of his manhood, that is.
We see Y/n drinking the tea, and as she lies down on the ground, her body starts to turn into stone, with her hearing one thing.
Rias: *muted* Y/n...!
Y/n: Sorry Rias... But you aren't real...
Y/n then starts tearing up as his body falls through some void area.
Y/n: Damn... I wish I had the literal balls to say that...
As Y/n's body falls, it slowly starts to revert to his old self, and as after it fully reverts, Y/n lands in a void like space.

Y/n then cover his mouth, shocked by what he's hearing.
Y/n: My.... old voice...? What's going on...?
Y/n then starts walking around the void, very confused on what's going on, and after a while, notices a girl with blonde hair.

???: Oh my! I didn't expect you're here just yet.
Y/n: I wasn't expecting to be here. Or... what is here...
???: This is the void. A unique space where most Gods/Goddesses Reside.
Y/n: So are you like... The Goddess of Reincarnation...?
???: You could say that. But that is a simplistic understanding of who I am, and what I do.
Y/n: So... what's going to happen to me then...? I'm in my old body, so does that mean everything I did was for nothing...? Am I going to die...?
???: The only thing that could happen to you here is what you want to happen. The choices of what you become and where you end up are you choices to make. Not mine, not anyone else.
Y/n: *scoffs* I find that doubtful...
???: You... don't truly know what you want, do you...?
Y/n doesn't say anything, and slowly lowers his head, with sadness in his body tone, shakes his head no.
