Once Diego walked out of the rescue center, he was met with a big, cold, strong breeze of falling snow, but immediately He got on his snow bike with a big wagon and a tent covering the whole wagon so it can be a protected barrier from the snow.
He then drives through the blizzard with his vehicle on his way to the animal that needs to rescue.

Once he arrived at the small city where the new mother was giving birth to her babies. Diego looked around with his goggles to see where the pregnant dog could be, and just barley, in an alleyway where dumpsters were, he could barely see a cold golden retriever dog
He immediately ran over towards the golden retriever mother and managed to bond with the dog and got her to get in the wagon and nursed her as her new puppies were feeding their mother.
After that, Diego quickly got out and hopped on her vehicle. He tried to turn it on but it didn't, he tried again but it didn't happen again.
"Crud..." Diego mumbled, and He then started to contact home with his watch.

Back at the rescue center, as Luca was in her playpen while reading one of the books that Diego was reading to her. Yes, Luca may be only 2, but she was smarter than any other 2 years old were.
Luca looked up and saw both of her parents were at the dining table. The two adults were whispering about something, and Luca could just hear what they were saying.
"Do you think Diego is okay out there?" Sabrina asked.
Nico smiled at his wife.
"Of course he is! He is one tough kid, and we made him after all," Nico explained with a proud smile.
Sabrina just looked at her husband.
"The only toughness he got it from was me," Sabrina explained.
"Squeak..." Luca squeaked.
(See, this is why I am never getting married,)
But then, all of a sudden, their watches started to beep. It must be Diego since Alicia was in her room, doing her own thing. And so they answered it, but once They did, the screen and connection were all static and not working.
Sabrina gently hit her watch three times.
"Diego?" Sabrina called out.
"Mami—I—need—help—my—vehicle—is—not—" Diego tried explaining, but the connection was officially lost because of the blizzard.
"Squeak..." Luna squeaked.
(Oh boy...)
The two parents gave each other a worried expression, and then immediately, they grabbed their coats, flashlights, and gear to rescue their son. Alicia was told to watch Luca while both Sabrina and Nico were out looking for their son.

Back with Diego, He officially lost connection. He cursed in spainsh under his breath, and he was pretty thankful that his mother wasn't there to wash his mouth out with soap. His father would just find it funny.
Anyways, Diego then climbed back into the tent, which surprising was big enough for him to fit inside since the cold was getting to him, and he hang out there with the mother dog and her puppies while help was on the way and also giving the dog and puppies loveable attention.
To be honest, Diego and his sisters always wanted a k9 companion, but due to the job and how busy it can be, it can be difficult, but Sabrina and Nico have been thinking about it actually.
As Diego was gently petting the mother dog's head and giving her attention, he was thinking about the upcoming new Percy Jackson show, when he, along with his sisters and cousins, saw the trailers, they were overjoyed and couldn't wait to watch it all.
He started to hum "riptide" from Vance Joy to keep him entertained because he was waiting, and He felt like it was forever.
"Squeak..."
(It has only been 5 minutes...)

"Have any idea which way our son had gone?" Nico asked.
Sabrina got down on one knee and looked down on the snow. The cold didn't bother her one bit. She looked up where Diego had actually gone. Nico watched his wife in awe, and as Nico happily watched in his wife, Sabrina got up and snapped her fingers to get her husband's attention, which it worked.
Sabrina pointed.
"Our son went this way," Sabrina said as She and Nico quickly ran over towards the other snow vehicles, hopped on, and drove their way through the snow and on their way to rescue their son.

After the third time of singing a song, this time was 'snowman' from SIA as he was petting a now resting mother and babies doggos with full bellies with warm and comfortable shelter to sleep in, everything was going a bit okay.
However, it was getting late, and Diego could just barely see it was getting dark, and Diego knows that he can't be out there in the dark at nighttime because it can be very dangerous and Diego was getting exhausted.
Diego was hungry and tired. He didn't eat any of the leftover packs of food because he gave it to the mother dog, believing that she needed more than him, and besides, no one was gonna convinced Diego to eat the food because he definitely the person to put others first then himself.
But then, all of a sudden, Diego heard footsteps, and he held onto his flashlight tightly as he listened to the footsteps getting closer—there was more than one, but then, the tent opened and there was—
"You're still alive in there, buddy!" Nico said happily, but Sabrina hit him on the back of the head, Diego immediately hugged his parents and explained everything that happened.
After what happened, the parents' vehicle had pulled Diego's vehicle back to the rescue center, and Diego couldn't wait to get back home and get warm.
•••
Immediately, everyone got inside to warm up, Diego went off to get himself warm and comfortable, and he was also going to take a hot shower. The mother dog and her litter of puppies were now resting somewhere warm and comfy where they could be safe and were now official inside.
Overall, tonight was a crazy night for a blizzard...
