Loki turned towards the room, he heard Thor's voice filled with anger.
"Oh goody, looks like they have discovered our little secret." Badb said. And Loki knew exactly what, but he still refused to believe it.

"Where is she?" He hissed at her in fury. "Not here." Badb replied uninterested, till Loki gripped both side of her head and forced her to look at him. She frowned, "wha--" she started to complain, only images hit her and she started screaming in pain.

"What is he doing!?" Natasha spat, pushing a button, and yelling at the intercom. "What are you doing Loki?" She asked, as calmly as she can. "Maya." Loki answered. The group exchanged saddened looks, Thor ran towards the interrogation room, that was next door, only to find it locked. "The door is locked." He says.
Tony puts on a code, it fails. Then an overide code, and it still fails. "He's using magick." Eira says.

"What? When did he get his magick back?! The hell is happening!?" Clint complained, running after Thor who was now bashing the door, till it broke down. Thor and Clint walked in, and they stood behind the glass room, "Loki, stop that. You are hurting her." Thor tried to reason, holding his hammer waiting for Loki's reply.

"She is not dead." Loki said, and Badb continued to scream. "Give her back." He told her. Thor raised his hammer and hit the glass wall, only for his hammer to bounce back.

"F*ck, a force field. Where was that when they fell thousands of feet!" Tony spat, angrily.

"Reindeergames, calm down. Lets talk about this, stop hurting Maya." Tony said, his voice filled with both anger and sadness. As Badb screamed in Maya's voice. "Release her." Loki yelled at Badb who was huffing and sweating in her shackles.
"You cannot force her out when she is not even here, you fool!" Badb yelled back at him in anger.
Loki frowned at this and he gave it another shot, this time not with sensations of pain and torture, enough for her to scream. But memories. His memories of her.
And she saw what he saw in his eyes.

How he watched her blow the steam off the freshly made tea in the Study.

How she maneuvered around the kitchen while she cooked.

How she smiled at him.

The stolen kisses in the hallways.

The sweet whispers when no one was looking.

How her brows came together in concentration when she read or thought deeply.

Hoe her wings, black as the night, felt between his fingertips.

The feel of her warmth beside him.

And her voice echoing in her head, Maya, saying I love you.

"You are clearly desperate to have use that against me." Badb told Loki, who was longingly looking at her eyes.

"Give her back." Loki whispered, knees weak, he released her head and fell on his knees before her. "Give her back." He begged her, kneeling.

"Brother" Thor muttered at the sight before him. Loki, on his knees, tears unashamefully falling down his pale cheeks.

"Maya...please, come back." His voice cracked.

By the heavens, in Asgard. Heimdall frowned.

Tell him. Her voice spoke in her mind.

Shut up. She replied.

Tell him.

No.

Tell him.
