(????: Tardis/2006: London, England)

Ria is alone in a sitting room on the Tardis as she has MAC call her father. He appears on her HUD.

"Now explain how I can't locate you anywhere."

"I'm traveling with... Wait. How are you tracking me?"

"I have my ways. Now what were you saying."

Ria explains about how she and Rose met the Doctor, and about her last trip.

"Just be careful. I can't lose you kiddo. Call as often as you can."

"I will." As soon as Ria hangs up, she gets a call from her boss.

"Smith here." Ria answers.

" We need you in. It is a simple mission. We need you to infiltrate HYDRA. Some of our agents have been compromised. They are being hunted down. We need to find out who has leaked out the files. You are our best at stealth and hacking."

"Alright I'll need the coordinates."

"Already sending them to MAC as we speak. We must go underground. You know our safe house's location. We will be waiting." Ria hangs up, and leaves the room after slipping on her jacket, heading to the Console Room. She finds it empty, and walks up to the console. She finds where to enter the coordinates, and enters ones for her flat, and the time to an hour earlier. The Tardis lands quietly for a change, and Ria exits. She heads for her bike, and climbs on.

She notes the coordinates, and speeds off to the hidden HYDRA base. She reaches near the base, and hides her bike with her cloaking program. She sneaks along the building until she finds an opening. MAC leads her to a back entrance which isn't monitored. Ria is reluctant, but continues on. She reaches a basement window, and slips inside.

Ria looks around the crate filled room. She has MAC take pictures of the contents. Suddenly she hears footsteps. She hides behind some crates as two men enter the room. Ria creeps around behind them. She finally darts out and quickly knocks both out before the can react. She slips on one's jacket and hat, and zip ties the two up and gags them. She then continues on up.

The main floor is crowded with HYDRA agents. MAC shows the office she needs to get too. The agent slowly walks towards the massive staircase and climb up. No one pays attention to her. After two flights, she reaches to office only to see it is crawling with scientists. Ria gets an idea, and whistles.

"Jeff sent me to say there's a meeting in room seven. You all need to get down there now." The scientists hesitate.

"He said if you don't I was to shoot you all." The scientists quickly leave the room. Ria is unaware she is being monitored. She plugs a USB device into the main computer.

"MAC download all files, and then wipe out everything."

"Yes Miss." As MAC is copying files, Ria wanders to the door and peers out. She then walks over to check the download when alarms sound. She runs to the door, and poke out and begins firing her pistol at the oncoming agents. They fire back, and one hit her upper arm. Ria grunts, and keeps firing. MAC alerts her to the download finished, and she decides to copy her father. She grabs the USB and runs to the window and shoots it. The glass shatters, and she jumps out of the building. She lands on some crates, and rolls into the boat stationed there. She drives off with agents firing after her. MAC pilots her bike to the pier up ahead. Ria abandons the boat, and heads for her bike.

"I've got the files, Luckily I made it out in one piece."

"Good. Bring the files to the safe house." Ria arrives at the safe house, and enters. She spots her boss, and hands over the USB device. She hears a voice she doesn't recognize.

"Good Work Agent 007." Ria turns, and spots a man with an eyepatch behind her.

"Agent Smith, this is Nicholas Fury of SHIELD. He is their boss. He asked me to bring you in on this mission to observe you."

"Why?" Ria turns to her boss annoyed.

"We are looking for Agents, Miss Smith. We have been watching you since the Hostage Incident. You would make a great SHIELD agent."

"I'm afraid I'm gonna have to decline again. As I have said before I am happy working with MI6. My father was an agent here. I'm sorry." Fury looks to Ria, and nods. He then leaves without saying a word.

Ria has her injuries taken care of, and her leg checked. Then she leaves back to the Tardis. As she leaves she is unaware that the Hydra Agents were SHIELD Agents in disguise. Fury looks to Agent Romanoff and Agent Coulson and speaks.

"She will make an excellent candidate for the Avengers Initiative."
